Ingredients for Besan Ki Burfi
बेसन - Gram Flour - 2 Cup (200 grams)
घी - Ghee - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (120 grams)
सूजी - Semolina - 1/4 Cup (50 grams)
पिसी चीनी - Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup (170 grams)
छोटी इलायची - Cardamom - 6 no, coarsely grounded
बादाम कतरन -Almond Flakes
