امروز با یک بسته پودر ژله یه کیک ساده و خوشمزه درست کردم که بافتش بسیار نرم و پنبه ایه. این کیک ساده خونگی بسیار سریع و آسان و در 5 دقیقه آماده میشه. عطر و طعم این کیک ساده بسته به نوع پودر ژله ای که استفاده می کنید بسیار خوش عطر و خوش طعمه. بافت نرم و اسفنجی داره و در دهان آب میشه. خوردنش در کنار یه فنجان چای یا قهوه بسیار دلپذیره.
مواد لازم کیک ساده خانگی با پودر ژله:
4 عدد تخم مرغ.
130 گرم شکر ( 2/3 پیمانه ).
نصف قاشق چایخوری وانیل.
یک بسته پودر ژله 100 گرمی.
یک پیمانه ( 250 میلی لیتر )آب جوش برای پودر ژله.
220 گرم روغن مایع ( یک پیمانه ).
370 گرم آرد ( 2.5 پیمانه)
2 قاشق چایخوری بیکینگ پودر.
