Do I need to put RTV under and on top of the gasket in those places, or just under?

you don't need a torque wrench for 7 ft lbs. just tighten it until it wont tighten anymore by hand and then about another quarter to a half of a turn.kind of the same as spark plugs. if it feels right leave it alone

Theres a difference between a diy guy and someone who does this everyday. If you do it everyday, you got the feel for it you can get away without torqueing lots of things. If you dont do it everday grab a torque wrench and follow the specs.

Your injectors actually look a little leaky too brother, do you notice poor mileage ?

This is my dads car, doesnt get a ton of mileage put on it so cant speak to the mpgs. Plan is to put a built motor big turbo swap in the future.

I was actually replacing a coolant temp sensor yesterday when I decided to pull a coil pack out to discover oil than I replaced the spark plugs coz they were all old as fuck THAN realized my fucking injectors are leaking which is probably why I have poor mileage

If you replace the injectors its a good idea to buy the injector cups that thread in to the intake. They break fairly often the factory ones are plastic. They make aftermaket aluminum ones online.
