J'ai fini par saisir la personnalité de Ya Trésor, c'est un homme qui aime par dessus tout notre culture congolaise, seulement je pense que ça lui fait mal de voir bcp de jeunes femmes congolaises en Europe diabolisées et delaissées notre culture pour celle des occidentaux c'est pour ça qu'il se montre souvent trash et parfois s'emporte mais on voit qu'il sait écouter et se remettre en question🙏🏽❤. Concernant la santé mentale des hommes, c'est malheureusement les hommes eux mêmes qui parfois se font souffrir car ont leur apprend à ne pas pleurer et à ne pas se lamenter ni à montrer leur émotions donc ça sera difficile pour bcp de parler de leur problèmes à des amis ou à leur femmes et donc de communiquer en réalité ont a pas appris aux hommes africains à communiquer malheureusement et encore moins dans le couple. Parcontre certaines femmes congolaises il va falloir arrêter de propager l'idée que tout les hommes congolais trompent ou sont des gigolos, tout comme vous n'aimeriez pas qu'on nous généralisent de matérialistes .Si tellement de femmes congolaises tombent sur des hommes mauvais c'est qu'il y a bien un problème quelque part et même quand ils ne sont pas congolais d'ailleurs. Vous faites généralement tellement de mauvais choix en amour parceque vous avez toujours peur de finir seules. Combien de femmes congolaises sont en couple avec des hommes mauvais mais qui restent encore avec eux et qui se voient même mariées avec , vous donnez tout à des hommes qui dès le départ ne vous donne rien , mobali mobimba abali yo té asalela yo eloko moko té allez azo beta yo azo tromper yo mais yo o ndimi ko lambela yé pondu ko traité yé neti mobali na yo alors que non .Puis une fois mariées vous souffrez et pleurez que tout les hommes congolais baza mabé , la vie c'est pas comme ça ,Ya Franco a tout à fait raison les choix que vous faites aujourd'hui sont vos conséquences de demain. Parfois posez vous les bonnes questions , si vous tombez absolument toujours que sur des hommes mauvais c'est qu'il y a un problème quelque part , les gigolo ont des proies , ils vont vers les femmes faciles à embobiner et qui ne sont pas ferme dans leur principes et valeurs.

Attention, concernant la santé mentale, bcp d'hommes lorsqu'ils rencontrent leur femme, ont déjà leur pathologie mentales que parfois même la famille a connaissance mais le cache type bipolarité, schizophrénie, dépression etc... c'est pour cela qu'il est très important de savoir dans quelle famille nous mettons nos pied! Les mamans de garçon doivent bcp dialoguer avec leur enfant surtout quand il sont petit afin qu'il puisse avoir cette habitude de dialoguer avec la femme. Le rôle de la maman est très très important dans la vie d'un homme contrairement à ce que l'on croit. Observer comment un homme traite sa mère et vous saurez quelle genre d'epoux il sera.

Mais je pense que les efforts c'est dans les deux sens. En tant qu'homme si tu n'arrives pas à communiquer, il faut aussi savoir sortir de sa zone de confort et parler. En tant que femme, apprenons aussi quelque part à ne pas "blâmer" notre partenaire lorsqu'il se libère à nous. Mais tendons plutôt l'oreille, comprenons son problème et apportons une solution. One thing that was not mentioned was the childhood trauma, and the generational trauma inherited. Thats a huge one and it affects mens ego greatly. So that would have been a great point.

Listening to this panel is like women against men or vice versa. Marriage relationship is meant to be team / partner together against problems life throughs at us, not against each other.

*Je commente au fur et à mesure que je regarde* Pour le moment je suis assez déçu de ce débat. Le thème est "Men mental health" mais comme d'habitude on retombe dans les histoires de couple, de mariage. Donc les célibataires endurcis n'ont pas de problèmes mentaux, n'ont pas de failles dans leur santé mentale ? Au bout d'un moment n'oubliez pas que dans notre communauté il y a des hommes qui travaillent des fois trop et font même des burn-out sans le savoir, il y a des chefs d'entreprises qui vivent des périodes difficiles, il y en a qui ne trouvent pas d'emplois depuis des années, il y en a qui ont perdu leur femme, sœur ou mère, il y a des hommes qui tout simplement sont épuisés et ce n'est pas forcément à cause de la femme. Et d'ailleurs ce débat n'a même pas lieu d'être. Là le problème c'est la santé mentale, cherchons les REELLES SOURCES s'il vous plaît arrêtons ces histoires de la "La femme ne sait pas comment l'homme fonctionne", "les femmes sont impolies, elles ne savent pas s'occuper de leurs maris..." Bon maintenant concernant les hommes qui ont des femmes extraordinaires mais malgré ça AVC ebeti bango qu'est ce qu'on va dire ? Élargissons nos arguments s'il vous plaît... Changez même les hommes que vous faites venir sur vos plateaux parce qu'ils sont souvent totalement hors sujets, c'est dommage. Trésor il me fatigue oui dans ton entourage il y a des hommes congolais qui souffrent: 1 - Ne fais pas de ton entourage une généralité ou une éventualité 2 - Au bout d'un moment il y a des psychologues pour toutes ces choses citées. Quand on a trop de problèmes il y a des médecins pour ça 3 - Quand il y a des problèmes dans le couple encore une fois ON CHERCHE A REGLER et si on n'arrive pas et que ça ne marche plus, il faudra choisir la dernière carte qui est la séparation c'est dommage mais c'est la vie, il faut sauver sa peau Trésor parle sous émotion à chaque fois du coup on se retrouve avec des arguments très bas. Le débat en vaut le détour ! Très contente de voir que solola bien continue sur sa lancé. The best show de la diaspora 😍. Toutefois, pour revenir aux recherches de Dan et à sa solution fictive que " les femmes doivent comprendre les hommes ", je ne vois pas en quoi le fait qu'une personne ait "le devoir" de tout faire pour comprendre l'autre. S'ils sont a deux, ils doivent tous deux faire cet effort. Par contre, faut pe to accepté que le comportement d'une personne peut effectivement affecter l'autre personne. Etant dans cette lancée du mariage, questionnement de comment faire pour "réussir" ma relation, je me suis acheté deux livres que je conseille fortement : - " Ce que j'aurai aimé savoir avant de ma marier" - " Les 5 langages de l'amour " de Gary Chapman. 😊

De base c'est les papas qui disent à leurs jeunes garçon "qu'un homme ne pleure pas" et rarement nos mamans. Pour le reste je suis d'accord pour le facteur du stress financier car cette pression existe vraiment et effectivement il y a certaines femmes qui complexe beaucoup d'hommes sur le plan financier jusqu'à aujourd'hui puis cela les frustres.

Some men need deliverance ! They were several points being named on that research , why did the men on that panel focus on the point surrounding women ? That just shows how there is a dire need for men to blame all their issues unto women. Starting with trésor who got excited as soon as they mentioned women , that could be a huge indicator that he has been hurt by a woman before and has never healed from it. Let’s be clear here 10% of life is what happens to you and 90% is how you handle it. Additionally, communication is a two way streets. Men as women need to learn to communicate the right way, choose your words, check your body language, pick your battles, double check you understood well before acting on it, know when to talk, the discussion ain’t to win even if the person in front of you might be dead wrong ( sometimes they might be right but they may have done wrong so many times, it biases your way of seeing things), sometimes a wise silence is necessary ( where you are silent because you have wisdom to recognize, the situation has to be handled in prayer) , not to forget you might be hurt but it doesn’t cost to say sorry ( even if the other person may feel like they won, it’s for your personal freedom & peace first), and the most important point is to seek Jesus for guidance cause we need wisdom in everything we do as we are not always equipped to handle situations. As for marriage , you gotta be a 100% and she gotta be a 100% before y’all join yourselves. You ain’t raising me & I ain’t raising you. Growth is different from raising. Growth comes when you already got something, raising is Building from scratch and that’s a burden for the other person in the relationship and it’s not fair! I’m currently doing my Masters inMental health and I would love to do my dissertation around this topic. MH in African men or to be more specific Congolese men🤔🤔🤔very interesting please these are the kind of topic we need to explore more within our community in order for us to move on to something better as one. Hey solola bien team. I like watching your show, you guys are entertaining. What Christian said on his final thoughts was very important and I really would have wanted you guys to talk more about the other factors and causes of mental health issues. Maybe when the conversation started to shift someone could have stepped in to take the Focus of Relationship and to adress the other issues that were mentioned in the beginning.
