@taranaaaaah You don't need to speak English to win Miss Universe. The majority of the winners fro 2001 - 2009 are Spanish speaker who can't speak English at all. Japan won Miss Universe and she answered her final question in Japanese!

@taranaaaaah fluency in English should not be the basis or should be the qualification of a delegate to be send and compete abroad,Misa is no doubt shes beautiful intelligent but it is apparent that she lack grace and sophistication and more specially in catwalk skills she really needs trainings on this and shes has still a lot of time to rejoin try her luck next time.

I think you should not speak english unless u feel comfident enough to answer it in english but i suggest do not speak in english because you can say wat you like to say if you speak in tagalog... and it will a for sure win for u... anyways good luck!!! :D
