Is story me sabse weak point ye tha ki Jab Aap dono ka Jhagda hua. Ladki se aapne kuch galat kaha ya jo bhi hua aap sirf ye wait kar re the ki Ladki apko approach kare, wo aapse baat kare lekin ek bar aap khud bhi to baat kar sakte the na Ldki se. Har koi Ladka ye kahta hai ki usne mujhe chhod diya Usne aisa kiya..kya koi Ladka ye kahta hai ki “maine us ladki ke sath Galat kiya..!!!!”

That panic attack and shivering is really the toughest phase especially when alone...it's true that the people whom you love and trust the most really break you the worst and that pain takes the form of emptiness which gets worse as time passes by ....and after begging so much and get rejected for living together in life is the lowest phase one can ever feel.

I suffered from anxiety disorder, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, depression, ocd, social anxiety 15 years, many suicide attempts, taking counseling, medications ,therapies, healings, nlp not a single method i missed in this to world get rid from all of this,even i was not able to pay doctor fees but all these didn't work, i was alone in all this, and i pat my back that i am still alive 😢

This story is 70% belong to me bus kuch bate alag h or m aj bhi usi depression se gujar raha hu and she is happy this time beacuse m bhi apki hi tarha tha uske sath relation m mene apne sare contacts ko khatam kar liya tha but uske pas kafi log the ek choti si ladai k 20 din k bad hi bina closer diye usne kisi third person ko entry de di 4 months complete ho gaye hai but i am still very upset and depressed

I suffered from this depression for about 3 years due to health issues , nd lot of depression added then due to academic loss ,during that time I thought my career has been ruined now. I lost 2 years nd was like unable to decide, think properly... It has been just few months I feel I m recovering nd trying to fix things well again Hope so it will happen soon InshaAllah Can totally relate how wicked this depression is

its hard to overcome..our heart and soul want to overcome but even with passage of time its too hard...one who is naive in all this is will suffer more..condition turned more worst when u r all alone, crying ,..and even ur closed one cant understnd what u r going through..its sad to think of all that thoughts,memories, even place nd one's fav dishes or hobbies create ..even his name nd things realted to him cause me more pain..i am very much committed to overcome but its not a overnight process...by now i am a person who dont trust anyone, who dont want to be anyone...i use to ask.why i am.being chosen, why i am left disturb nd devasted...why...but time will show why ..whts in stars for future

Breakup in marriage relationship, having kids was very hard, I felt my life n future has stopped without him, I was in depression for 2 years….. slowly I realised I need to hold myself back n strong for myself n my kids….
