When I was a kid in the 80's and 90's, I used to send cards to players to. I got a basketball card signed by David Robinson. I can't remember if any Baseball players sent me any back though.

That card signed by Conan really is going to be worth something. I mean, how rare is it to have a random talkshow host , especially one as well known as Conan, sign a famous baseball card. That is probably the only baseball card in the world with Conan's signature... if he did indeed sign it that is.
