I don’t get the hype…… how can Baby Brezza be so popular and be considered safe? When I did research the only “red flag” was that it may not mix the right amount of powder but after owning one I personally believe in my opinion that Baby Brezza is unsafe, inefficient and a waste of money. The manufacturer owner manual suggests to clean the nozzle every 4 feeds….. would that lead to bacterial cross contamination 2 hours later when it’s time to fill the 2nd bottle because the nozzle has powder formula in its chamber and outlet because it was used hours prior!?!?
I called customer service to question if my unit was defective. The hostility the representative gave me lead me to curse the representative out in which he had to hang up. So I made this video to let my experience be heard.
