Let's go back in time. I know a lot of people watch the video of Taipei with Tayari and Iriki with their kids Jabali and Ringo. So I thought you would probably like to see baby Tayari and Iriki. These video's are from 2011-2012 in Apenheul (netherlands). Gyasi was Tayari her mom and Mandji is Iriki her mother

I notice that gorillas from the Netherlands appear healthy and emotionally intelliegent. Thankful for the care you give these gorillas. Inspirational.

I wish Gyasi had been able to raise Kiango. She was such an amazing mom and Auntie. I seriously cant get over how much Tayari now looks like Gyasi. Tayari obviously picked up her quirky personality from her beautiful mom. I just wish kiango had had more time with Gyasi but he has an amazing auntie who quickly stepped into the role of momma for him ❤❤❤. Also, i cant get over how much Tayari looks like Gyasi lol. Too cute all around.

No one can tell me Tayari isn’t perfect. I love her to bits and her mothering capabilities are amazing. Jabali is a strong little silverback and learns a lot from her everyday. It also doesn’t hurt that he’s an exact mini replica of Tayari, and just as funny, if not more so. Too cute.

Me too! Tay reminds me so much of Gyasi. Don't forget about Tay's little brother, Kiango. He has their personality as well!

@@trumpialightning1691 All I can remember from the zoo announcement is that she died of a bacteria infection & hadn't been well for about a week before. But her beauty and intelligence lives on in her children & grandchild.

I feel so sorry for the sweet and cheerful Gyasi... But now, every day, I watch videos from Taiwan, about Iriki and Tayari, and about their cheerful kids. Tayari is just as good at playing with kids as her mother...

Gyasi had red hair, Tayari and Jabli all has her red hair! Seeing Gyasi holding Tayari with love, same way Tayari cares her son and her husband! Tayari always have intimate moments with D'jecco, hugs him, kisses him or stay next to him, lots love for him...

3 beautiful baby gorilla's & there mom's, Iriki, Tayari, (Chama) or ( Jabari ) Alot of Apenhaul primates have been successfully bred. I have to visit Europe soon. Thank you Lieke.🌷

So happy to see this I was wondering about Tayari and Iriki as babies.. I love following their new family and hate people being so mean to Tayari calling her a bad mom .. I Love her and think she is amazing she learned from her mom and still remain so playful especially her antics to sneak out of her enclosure is so funny but some people are just born to be rude I guess.

I hope a TON of people see that Tayari learned about putting the little one on her back leg from when SHE wad a baby! It was never mean, or cold, it was/is just the way she fondly remembered it and learned that's how babies ride! So hang on and have fun!! Lol

@@urban_fox4658 It was hard for us to watch but gorilla babies are strong, i find alot of gorilla moms dont care for the babies on their back. i knew once he got a little bit older she was going to be a fun fantastic mom for hin and she definetly is! When I watch the video of when she puts the log up and tried to scale the wall, they would have had to change that if Kintaro was there he would have scaled that wall for sure. Crazy strong how he can do that. I love them all

You can now see where Tayari gets her playfulness from and how she preferred carrying Jab on her leg lol. Tayari is all about fun and so it seems was Gyasi. It really is endearing to know Gyasi lives on through her daughter and grandson whose just like his momma

I thought the leg ride was a normal thing. I first saw it with Genki and Kintaro. To keep up, Kintaro used to grab onto Mom's arm or leg to take a ride. Seen it in other troops to. Great video!👍👍👍👍👍

Tayari clings to her mother's leg just like Jabali does to her. This was awesome to see. I always wonder what Momotaro was like as a child also. Djeeco too! I realize Momo is not from this family.

G'yasi is one of the gorillas I shed a tear for when she passed away. She was such a beautiful, nurturing soul. Tay just had her 13th birthday. Thank you for all of the past videos of G'yasi, Iriki and Tay. Thanks to their family and keepers, they turned out to be amazing gorillas themselves. ❤❤

Now we know why and where T gets he Loving nature and why DJ Ringo loves her and why Jab so much a mummy’s boy she too much love and fun in her . Also means The Silverback here is like DJ cool and easygoing as the mothers and aunts Not be so relaxed etc to show love and fun . When compared other families in zoo.

I think one of the boys who now live in dubai with their dad Jambo (the silverback of this group around that time). So it could be Mapasa or Wimbé.
