It's an automated system. It doesn't care who it is. It's just that he had other sound over it so it didn't pick it up. And the part where it was just the song was too short, so it's considered fair use.

Not true - using any kind of copyright music whether it's 15 seconds, or 1 second doesn't matter. It's automated, so if you do anything to 'hide' the exact 'fingerprint' of the audio - it can't track it.

... it's called Vignette - It's an old lens "no auto focus" that the camera does not recognise in software. Modern lenses that create vignette can be corrected in camera "distortion" or manually corrected in post processing! :) Also the lens is probably for full frame cameras whereas Casey's camera has a crop sensor, thus meaning when zoomed out the corners are clipping the corners of the sensor.
