I’m trying this tomorrow because my mom wants locs. Her hair is a bit thinner and processed. So I was looking for technique that didn’t stress her roots. This technique looks so natural (and beautiful on you) and seems pretty easy. Thank you for sharing! ❤

Love it! I'm scouring youtube looking for videos with this method... hoping I can pull it off right and make it my go-to style. I'm thinking about doing more of a half wig than a u part but I want a clear band for the wig cap so it's less likely to show. Idk if that makes sense, I'm not really good at these things.

Hello this is absolutely amazing ! I want to try this for my client who has bald spots in the middle of her head and I think she would love this style ! How long do you think this will last as a style ? And what is your bedtime regimen with this? Do you take it off and put it back on everyday or could you leave it on and just put a bonnet on at night ?

Hello love! Thanks so much for watching! The wig is still doing well! I say the style last longer if you remove the wig part so there is less friction happening when you sleep. I remove the wig part before bed and then put it on whenever I’m ready to wear it. I’m sure you could leave it on over night but for me comfort wise I just take it off.
