@marshalbowen3476: THANK YOU. I feel bad enough for the real mothers of these infants, and they are actually MEANT to raise them! A dog cannot do this, as baby monkeys are not easily raised. They are clingy, they have tantrums when they don't get their way, and they feel they need to nurse and suckle all day. Puppies are nothing like this, hence the reason the mother looks so disturbed every time the baby monkey pushes her puppies out of the way to fight for a nipple. It is unfair enough that nature makes the monkey mothers deal with the drama that comes along with raising infant monkeys(after all, they are often forced into breeding by the males), don't decide for the poor dog that she will raise this monkey whether she likes it or not, that is as UN-natural as it gets!!

Absolutely agree! This poor momma pup. You can tell she's uncomfortable with that thing on her. Trying to cling, trying to nurse when she has puppies to nurse already. And what's going to happen when she runs out of milk. Or the monkey gets bigger and more aggressive?! Madness.

The hygiene of those monkeys is non existent, they are not showered or bathed, when the baby is drenched in urine no washing or wiping just diaper and clothes changed. What a cruel woman and I wonder if that nursing dog is fed at all

@@DianneMarian Not really, it does not happen among wild animals. Their survival instinct takes over. It only happens if humans interfere, which is the case here, a year ago and two years ago, with a German shepherd.

And yes it does happen in the wild by many species.There have been multiple instances across the animal kingdom of female animals ‘adopting’ a member of the same species, or an entirely different one, and acting as its mother. There are many examples of surrogate mothers in the wild as well as at sanctuaries and rescue centres, and they show how vital these stand-in mothers can be to an orphaned animal’s survival.

That poor momma dog. She has HER babies to worry about feeding. Yet here comes this monkey trying to take milk for the puppies! And then it whines when it can't. So frustrating. The monkey is YOUR responsibility. YOU feed it and let the momma dog worry about her babies.

I think it is really sweet interaction between mother dog and Su. The dog comforts him like his own monkey mother would do. He didn’t get that when he was a baby as he was taken from his mom, so he is just making up for it now.

She had puppies 2 years ago and the owner took a *newborn* puppy to show to the monkeys who touched it!! 🤬 The monkeys jumped around excitedly and this white dog got angry and growled. The owner kept the dog 's mouth shut, forcing her head to the side.🤬 This to say, that the dog was trained to accept the monkeys, probably with the idea to nurse them🤬, like she has done with a German shepherd and her puppies🤬. Disturbing !!!!🤬🤬🤬
