Casy Da Cat It's crazy to me. In situations where animals are involved, or like when monks from Tibet performed at my university, you turn the flash off. It's not that hard to understand. I swear, it's like people are not cognitive anymore.

I think not, because we're only the greatest and smartest and you're not. Imagine paying all that money to bribe your professors only to be lectured by a lower class peasant. It's a bunch of parents with kids going gaga over the penguins. People don't tend to pay attention these days in such situations. They are just there to see the "cute".

Well they reacted to some stuff he said, like when he mentioned the babies' ages they went "awww" or when he says they eat 7-8 fish a day someone goes "oh wow" or when he explains where they're from they say "oh ok"

Why is everyone hating on the people that came to see the penguins it's the care takers of the animal that should be responsible in telling the people how to behave in the presence of a non domestic animal they're not doing shit to control the noise level or flashes they're just making sure the penguins don't attack the kids lol

I know that people shouldn't be using the flashes or talking over the keeper but since there are so many negative comments up, I just wanted to say that I felt ecstatic for the little ones who were so excited to get to see penguins their own size and without the glare of a glass pane in front of them. If I had been in something like this when I was little even just once, I never would have forgotten the experience, what I thought about it and how it made me feel. But then again, I wasn't like a normal child. I would have hyper focused on the animals in front of me and that would be why I'd remember the memory. I was very much into science, especially biology/zoology and I loved animals. Still do in fact although I'm probably not as knowledgeable about them anymore as I should be.
