hearing you talk about crying in the h mart finally convinced me to read it. if you like weird books you are going to love bunny and after reading the perks of being a wallflower, charlie would become your best friend hopefully. he became mine. 🥰💌💌

Perks of Being a Wallflower is SO good and also so short! I read it in an evening. Highly recommend! My favorite book so far this year was Kept Animals by Kate Miliken!

Good to hear that Vow of Thieves was a great read. I am hoping to read The Kiss of Deception next year. Bride by Ali Hazelwood was a good read and my first Ali Hazelwood novel. I love a good paranormal romance.

👀 I’m exited about your thoughts on Bride! The UGLY sobbing that went down while reading Crying in Hmart at work is something I will never be able to get away from lol. Beautiful book but definitely heartbreaking ❤️🩹

Know I feel that I need to read Minka’s Kelly memoir, and I never hear about her. I also really really want to read don’t want you like a best friend, and I love the cover it’s so cute! I read crying in h mart last year, and really enjoyed it was very well written, and loved how it shows the relationship between her, and her mother. I finished chlorine recently, and the cover is so beautiful it’s amazing design! The story is also amazing. You need to read the perks of being a wallflower it’s freaking amazing, just do it pleasee! ❤

I’m with you on crying in H Mart!! I read it last year and I was literally ugly crying, so beautiful but also so sad 😭 & you have convinced me to give Ali Hazelwood a go. I tried to read the love hypothesis and it was not for me lol but I play chess so maybe check and mate will be a better read!

If you're in a vamp mood, I read Not Another Vampire Book by Cassandrea Gannon on KU. It was so silly, and an easy read. It's also from 2012 so the references are a riot. Not like a new favorite, but a good time none-the-less.

My favourite book of the year was Betty by Tiffany McDaniel (HIGHLY recommend if you like books which make you feel.) I’m most looking forward to finishing reading ‘The Tale of Genji’ by Lady Murasaki because it’s a huge interest of mine!! I love hearing about what other people are reading, it’s so motivating xx
