I am a reborn collector of 31 years of age. I am super cozy, and I also live in a nursing home. I started collecting reborn dolls for years ago and noticed a huge response with the claims of my nursing home facility. What a cruel disease, at tue end of a long fruitful life, our memories are what matter, it’s who we are, what we’ve been through, what we have learned, I pray we find a cure for this atrocious disease someday.

What is 29 and I live in a long-term care facility and I actually collect Roberto we do have the military kudos for the all the rest of it but we don’t have enough I wish I could get one for them I want them to be happy and they’re happiest when they hold diesels soil think it’s him or do you spread some cheer around when does he go love you XOXO

How do you introduce the doll though. What do you say?

Well, Blanca. They tried this with my grandpa who had dementia. But, he said when lucid. "My grand baby isn't that young anymore." And refused the doll. I think for some folks it works better than others. Because some are down the hill in the diease and have a tough time recognizing their kids and grandchildren. And my grandpa was still lucid, and would refuse certain things but love certain things. Might not make sense, but to me it does.

@@malolyon I must have missed this notification; my apologies! I don't recall as it was a couple of years ago, but I do remember the baby doll surprisingly had an adverse effect on my grandmother's alzheimers/dementia as she thought the doll was "too fake" & felt it kept staring at her... I hope you were able to find something for your loved one! 💓
