2. How to use a nursing pillow? 🤷🏻‍♀️
As you sit upright, wrap the pillow around your waist and place the gap where your tummy is.
Holding your baby in your arms, gently lift them onto the pillow. The pillow will help carry some of the weight for you.
In order to avoid gastric reflux or difficulties swallowing, babies should lie sideways with their stomachs facing you while breastfeeding. When bottle-feeding, they must be raised slightly with their heads upward.
