Babylock Elegante 3 - self threading (assisted threading) needs a new bobbin winder (video 286)

The customer will have to take this one to the Babylock dealer for a new bobbin winder assembly. The replacement parts are proprietary and maybe could be replaced under warranty. I’m not charging for the troubleshooting and service because she’ll need those funds for the bobbin winder cost.
Golden rule: Do unto others etc ,,,,,,,,

I like the old school threader on the old pfaffs and kenmore ergo elna explore jannome my new pfaff needle threader broke and got stuck haven’t used it since

Needle threaders can be a pain. They especially don’t like size 12 needles. The eye is too small for most threaders. 😎

You just have to click your heels together and wish and it will happen. Oops, then your alarm clock goes off and the dream is over. Dang!😎

Most like it can be fixed. It could be a lubrication issue or an alignment problem.

I can only imagine how my blood pressure would rise with a 50/50 shot at a successful self threading feature. NO THANKS! I'll thread Kenmore 158-1941 manually and have a 75% success rate!

I can thread any machine manually, While it’s running. Amazing isn’t it? All I need is LOTS OF COFFEE!!! 😎
