Great reaction, thanks! This performance is from BABYMETAL Begins - Clear Night, performed at PIA Arena MM on April 2nd 2023 in Yokohama. It was the first performance of Momometal since she was announced as an official member in the end of "Black Night" the previous day. The standing audience (we call this mosh'sh pit) in these arena-sized shows in Japan is divided in blocks. And the people on each block are also organized in order before they enter the venue. I've never seen this level of organization before.

Great reaction. This video was released about a month ago to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their first album being released - 'BABYMETAL Death' was the first song on that first album. They had not played it live since 2017 because it is an intro song and they are introducing themselves by name, but they couldn't use it with just two official members and the original third member Yuimetal didn't appear at all after October 2017 and officially announced she was leaving the band in October 2018. This performance was on 2nd April 2023 - the first concert with Momometal as an official member, so 'BABYMETAL Death' was back ... I don't know if you heard the crowd cheer particularly loudly when she introduced herself as "Momometal desu". The whole song is based on a pun. The English word death sounds to a Japanese speaker like the Japanese word desu (the U is silent) spoken with a slight lisp. Desu means to be - as in I am, we are, it is etc. Basically the lyrics for this song are: "B_A_B_Y_M_E_T_A_L" ... "I am Su-metal", "I am Moametal", "I am Momometal" "We are BABYMETAL" ... "Death Death Death Death Death Death Death Death". You got a hint of the sort of thing they do and the theatrics at the start of this performance when they play 'BABYMETAL Death' ... I recommend you watch the 'Legend 1997' performance where they were celebrating Su-metal's 16th birthday in December 2013. Being an introduction song they would normally play it right at the start of the concerts (it is a great way to get the crowd hyped and joining in straight away), but that was one of the special occasions where they played it later in the show - for that one it was the finale. Oh, Su-metal mimed that scream - that sort of guttural scream is one of the few things she does not do and doing that in this song one of the few times you will see her pretend.

Essa música faz parte do primeiro álbum delas que completou 10 anos, por isso lançaram esse vídeo. Na apresentação elas falam NOME+DES, só que as pessoas entendiam DEATH. A banda se chama Kami Band, eram duas bandas, uma só com músicos japoneses e outra com músicos não japoneses, atualmente elas tem atuado só a segunda banda.

A propósito esse show foi na Pia Arena MM em Yokohama... Foi o segundo show duplo de duas noites desde o retorno delas do hiato desde 2021, esse vídeo em questão foi na segunda noite quando Momoko Okazaki (MOMOMETAL) já estava na posição de 3° membro oficial. Na primeira noite ela ainda estava na posição de Avenger(dançarina de apoio). Como já foi dito daqui nos coments, essa música é a primeira faixa do primeiro álbum delas que nesse ano completou 10 anos e foi publicado apenas para divulgar e comemorar esse feito. Também um detalhe é que essa música não era cantada desde meados de 2017 quando YUIMETAL ainda fazia parte do grupo. Nesse versão já temos MOMOMETAL adicionada na letra, foi uma grata surpresa para os fãs
