I remember seeing an interview where Momo said that when she found out she would be an official member she was nervous; she was worried about whether or not she would be accepted by the fans. I think the cheers for every 'Momometal desu' answered that question really fast. Super happy for her.

Also for anyone who might not know, that this was the moment that Momo-metal was revealed as the official third member, when she says the line Momo-metal des. Imagine being in the crowd and first losing it when the song starts, then realizing when Su and Moa start introducing themselves that the structure of the song requires someone to fill that third spot, and then it happens and you hear the word "Momo-metal" and you go absolutely nuts. Truly epic moment for fans.

Oh man! I've been listening to BABYMETAL since 2016, and I always assumed they were saying "Death" because of the song title. But after watching this with the subtitles, it's the first time that I finally realized they were saying "Desu" (Japanese for "To be" or "We are") as a pun or word-play on "Death" (which sounds almost identical). Haha, I feel so dumb, but thank you for the subs! Congrats to Momo too! 🦊🦊🦊

It's honestly one of the most clever puns I've ever seen. I've been listening to them for like a decade and just found this out because of this channel. Of course they're just saying "we are babymetal, I am su-metlal, I am moa-meteal, i am momo-metal, we are babymetal" but for whatever reason we thought they were saying death over and over.

There was a group (recently disbanded) called Desu-rabbits that started out as Death-rabbits with the same play on "death" vs "desu". They have a line in one of their songs that merges English and Japanese sentences together: "we are desu-rabbits desu".

You can really tell the differences between original Kami vs Western Kami here. Slight changes from Barone is definitely noticeable to Hideki’s version. I love both Kami groups and would never pit one over the other. Both do amazing performing with BabyMetal. I wish both groups perform together more often.

Japanese and Western schools of music differ in sound. Even when they play the same songs. Different sound production, different playing style. I like the Japanese sound. They sound a little more creative. While the Western school is more technical, in my opinion.

Anthony Barone is one of the best things to happen to them since their breakout, he's brilliant live. He's probably one of my favorite drummers out there and finding out he's barely even 25 hit me in the feels. He's on his way and I love watching him play.

one of the examples that you'll notice some difference is the intro of "Road of Resistance" Eastern plays it on Higher key (or some say it was the standard tuning of the intro) while Western plays it on Lower Key, which is cool

There are two types of metalheads. For some, metal is just music, the same as any other genre. They just like the sound itself. These types of metalheads tend to like Babymetal because they're not caught up in metal stereotypes. But there is also another type of metalheads, for whom metal is not just music, but a subculture and a way of life. For them, it is not so much the music that is important, but the atmosphere that surrounds it. For them, a prerequisite is that metal should be gloomy and dark. Usually these people don't like Babymetal.

I suspect that they will have concerts like this during the end times, complete with beheading of Christians. One point I'd like to make is that there seems to be a fascination with the symbology and concept of Death, as in "Death Metal". Death and violence are indescribably horrible. There is nothing cool or great about it. Most of these people have probably never even been in a fistfight, yet they glorify death. I've seen War and it's terrible. Those who have seen it know exactly what I'm talking about and those who haven't will never understand. Glorify life, love and God.
