BabyMetal has won Best Live Act several times so their live shows are something to see and the crowd energy makes the song so much better

Great reaction - and no, there is nothing suggestive in any BABYMETAL lyrics. 'Headbanger' is about a girl going to her first metal concert on her 15th birthday (Su-metal was only 14 when they recorded it, this show was the day after her 16th birthday). 15 is a significant age in Japan, that is the end of compulsory education, so they are at that next step in life, no longer considered a child (this was the flower that bloomed so briefly so it will never be the same and I think what may have confused you) and choosing where they go next - further education, a career, something else? It is the significance of this and the special occasion of her 15th that she etches into her heart for ever. At shows on or near their 15th birthdays half way through this song Su handed the microphone and stand to Yui and Moa respectively and they each took over lead vocals to finish the song. The same thing happened again last year at Legend M, Moa's 20th birthday, this is when they come of age in Japan to be an adult - and she changed the lyrics to this special night of my 20th (just as Su did at Legend S in December 2017 for her 20th birthday shows). Try 'Megitsune' (official video) or 'Catch Me If You Can' (live at Legend 1997) for your next reaction ... or something very different to show off Su-metal's vocals 'No Rain, No Rainbow' live at Legend S, Baptism XX (her 20th birthday shows in her home town Hiroshima).

Which is life changing in its own way. : ) Even though that looked like the finale, it was followed by two more songs. It was part of a five song encore with the live Kami Band. I was thrilled when they brought 'Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!' back during the 2019 tour. That meant I was finally able to see it live at the LA Forum concert in October. It was one of their earliest hits, but they didn't play it at all in 2018. I love Su's bright young soprano voice, but it's nice that there are parts of this song in a lower register. She always sounds great in that range as well.

Babymetal is definitely worth seeing live though the really spectacular over-the-top stage shows are only done in Japan with the exception of the Los Angeles Forum show which was their first arena show outside of Japan. Usually the overseas venues hold 3000-5000 people. There were a few larger like the Adrenaline Stadium Live in Moscow which holds 7000.

That is not Saint Mary; that is the Metal Goddess. Looks like Mary, but she has Su-metals face. It comes into play later in the concert

I would recommend 'Aldious' - We Are. They are not very big but i don't know why. I think their songs are great. Very good music to listen to by itself. It doesn't need to be watched to be fully appreciated like Babymetal.

Also, I recommend Band-Maid. Another Japanese band that is all ladies. They are extremely talented musicians and very attractive as well. You will be blown away by the skills.
