Queen SuMetal is narrating us a King's tale of the Metal Kingdom with this psytrance mixed with middle eastern, maybe Arabian or whatever sound that looks so cool with the unique blend of BM. This was at BabyMetal Begins - The Other One - Clear Night live at PIA Arena MM, Yokohama, last April 2nd with the already new official member MomoMetal, she was one of the avengers since 2019 and coming from the same roots in Sakura Gakuin just like the girls. The Western Kami Band was performing there. Some fans at Sabaton's Europe Tour and later at Asian and Australian Tour were enjoying this song live, but everyone were having a blast with the new singles and classic BM songs. Next suggestion: - Doki Doki Morning live at Makuhari Messe 2023, a new special version you can find at NLMetal, this is a perfect clip to introduce you Metalverse project they recently performed at Summer Sonic Festival. Nice reaction. "Not ready for this" No body is ever ready for what Babymetal does next. It's part of the fun of watching Babymetal. From day one the only person who might have been ready was Su-metal. IMO, I doubt even Suzuka Nakamoto was ready for what Babymetal was going to do and will do in the future. I totally agree about the guitar riffs. very cool. The foxhole is deep and full of surprises.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 Metalizm was premiered in the two-day shows on April 1/2 and I witnessed the both at the venue in Yokohama😍. This is from Day-2 when Momoko appeared as the 3rd official member, Momometal, for the first time. Western (American) Kami Band did a great job in those shows. Chris, CJ, Clint and Anthony are really unsung heroes. You may have noticed the repetitive phrase "Zumu Zumu". It is interesting, because it reminds me of another phrase with tonal similarity "Muzu Muzu". When you feel itchy or tickling or a kind of slight frustration, Japanese people express it using this phrase "Muzu Muzu". In an interview, Su referred to this song with Arabic flavor as "a new drawer of BABYMETAL" [source : magazine PMC vol. 27, page 41]. I viewed this choreo on stage by Su, Moa and Momometal as mixture of seriousness, playfulness, comicalness, therefore amazingness on top of Su's fantastic vocals and intricate guitar phrases and hefty drumming by West Kamis. The new drawer is a tribute to New BABYMETAL.

"METALIZMIZUMIZUMU" - Great reaction to a great song. This is BABYMETAL mixing things up yet again - this time they've gone for Middle Eastern/Egyptian/Arabian (or similar) psy-trance metal ... whatever it is it is BABYMETAL.🤘🦊🤘

Nice one, thanks! "METALIZM" is different from everything else, even for BABYMETAL. It shows perfectly how good (and unpredictable) team BABYMETAL is at composing. The thing is that many said they were going the "safe way" when the first singles of The Other ONE first came out, and they were kinda right... and then they dropped this mind-blowing song. Because everything about it is unusual, unexpected or "fooling": the use of that particular minor harmonic scale (giving the song its Middle Eastern flavor), the lack of an actual chorus, replaced by two guitar solos, the onomatopoeic use of the tittle in the lyrics... I was lucky enough to experience this song live in concert last May in Berlin and I have to say that the song kicks ass and the guitar solos are so freaking amazing. They even changed the arrangement for the first one on the live version probably to match the choreo. Until next time! 🤘🦊
