BABYMETAL’s 1st Album including 2 bonus tracks will be released in Europe via earMUSIC ( www.ear-music.net/en/news/ ).
The album will be released in Germany, Sweden, Finland and Spain on May 29th, in the United Kingdom, France,Belgium, Holland, Poland, Switzerland, Norway and Denmark on June 1st, and in Italy on June 2nd!!
The European release will be available as the Standard Edition as well as a Deluxe Edition that includes a bonus DVD compiling 6 music videos from BABYMETAL.
BABYMETAL’s 1st Album including 2 bonus tracks will be released via RAL / Sony Music Entertainment ( www.redmusic.com/ ) .

BABYMETAL【SU-METAL (Vocal,Dance) / YUIMETAL (Scream,Dance) / MOAMETAL (Scream,Dance) 】
Formed in 2010. Their major debut single “ Ijme, dame, zettai" along with 2nd single “Megistune" both ranked in the Top 10 Oricon chart in Japan. In March 2014, they took to the stage of Nippon Budokan for a 2-Days gig making them the youngest female act to ever perform there. Their 1st studio album BAYBMETAL made it into the US Billboard chart. In summer of the same year, they embarked on their first World Tour, performing on the Main Stage at UK’s prodigious festival Sonisphere Festival 2014 in front of 65,000 festival goers, and supporting Lady Gaga on her “ArtRave: The Artpop Ball” 2014 Tour. In fall they were back for additional headline shows in Hammerstein Ballroom, New York City and O2 Academy Brixton, London. In January 2015, they headlined a show at the 20,000 capacities Saitama Super Arena, and in June 2015, they headlined a show at the 25,000 capacities Makuhari Messe. In summer of 2015, BABYMETAL received awards from prominent UK music magazines “Kerrang!” and “METAL HAMMER”. They then performed in front of a staggering 90,000 people at the prestigious Reading and Leeds Festival in August. This December, BABYMETAL are to take the stage again for 2 consecutive days at Japan’s Yokohama Arena pulling a total of 26,000 people before returning to the UK in April 2016 to headline London’s The SSE Arena, Wembley. BABYMETAL's ‘Metal Resistance’ is rapidly expanding across the globe.

The singer's stamina and technique is underappreciated. Given that she's young, she's singing some insanely high open vowels while dancing her ass off for a whole concert. Her singing technique is rock solid. Probably one of the most consistent live singers there are.

I came back to this vid after watching fancams and proshots of her singing this at the forum in 2019 and she sounds even better there! She definitely honed her vocals a lot during the couple of years between this show and the forum. She probably sounded even better yet at 10 budokan in 2021 although I'm not sure if thats even possible haha. Can't wait for the bluray! Edit: yup, she actually sounds even better in the 10 budokan lives lol

@Retarded Velociraptor They're not going anywhere. This was confirmed on Japanese tv (ZIP! news). They're just putting their live performances on hiatus because they can't do much with covid. They rely on touring to boost sales of their albums so without being able to tour they can't do much, unfortunately. At least they're most likely working on an album now as we speak! Edit: ok now it’s official official, Koba himself confirmed in an interview they’re here to stay!

This is the first thing i have ever seen from Babymetal. First time i could not believe what i was seeing and hearing. Second time i was blown away by the awesomeness. Since then i have watched many live performances on KZfaq and listened to their albums. What else can i say? 38yo guy from germany is a huge Babymetal fan now! 😅

ive done performances in front of a lot of people, it is nerve wrecking, but its not in the same way like doing speeches at all. i had no problem performing in front of others despite being nervous, but speeches is a whole nother thing

@@encapsule2220 I know there is a difference. I guess what I was getting at is I have some anxiety issues with doing anything in front of a crowd. I was just mentioning something that I have personally dealt with. I'm no musician, never done any kind of performances, but just wanted to point out that I hated being the center of attention in front of 25 people and I couldn't imagine the anxiety I'd have in front of 20,000+. But I get what you're saying. A speech is about as simple as you talking to people. A performance can be anything from you singing with a band behind you or having 20 other people on that stage with you too. Big difference. I meant to point out not what you're doing, but how many people you're doing it in front of.... if that makes sense....

Well, they were already seasoned performers to that time. Suzuka performed on stage since about 8, I think, in Actor's School Hiroshima, other girls since 10 in Sakura Gakuin. Not on venues of such a scale, ofc, but still.

LunaEclipse45 The song was designed to do just that. It took 3 years to perfect this song..lyricists, composers, arrangers, choreographers, instrumentalists, producers, etc., it's a major team effort. This is so unlike a traditional rock/metal band, where only 1 or 2 persons will create the song.

+LunaEclipse45 Its the work division, traditional band are self-made guy who get sucess, we expect them to be showman compose play and sing....but this band is produced in japan at a Professional level... its an other way to do music, all is think at all level. they have dedicated people for each task, , choregraph for crownd and dancer, song writer, pro musicians, pro idols, excellent com, photograph, i was stunned in festival, that was the only band who pushed so far the preparation:, instruments, video, music, distance on floor, all was checked during 30min.

初めて行ったベビメタのライブが、このSSAの新春キツネ祭りでした。 その後は幕張メッセ、横アリ、大阪城ホール、東京ドーム、ロッキンのグラスステージ、サマソニのマリンステージ…と本当に色んな景色を見せてもらいました。出来ればもう一度3人のライブを観に行きたいけど、これまで十分楽しませていたという気持ちでいっぱいです。どんな形か分かりませんが、また逢える日まで、しーゆー！！

+JacobLikesKpop Interesting fact: Unfortunately, they cannot hear the crowd at all (though they can SEE the crowd's reaction). It was mentioned by them in an interview. Watch the video again. They have noise-cancelling ear pieces in BOTH ears.

+Storfot Davey Havok did the same for their DU tour he would always yell sing to the crowd and hold up his mic and would pull off his ear piece for certain songs. Or he'll stop singing a certain part when the crowd is singing along, however despite being noise cancelling the earpieces actually playback the music they are currently playing to help give them que on when to remember to sing so when no music is playing they can hear.

+LJP MKS what they are wearing are ear monitors so they can hear themselves in the band mix and able to sing in correct pitch. Without it, they will deafened by the raw sound of the live band playing behind them. If you play in a rehearsal and hear the entire band up close and personal, even with a separate vocal P.A. you still won't be able to hear yourself sing or your volume is totally awash.
