Hi sis..ask ko lang pag 20weeks magamit ilan days sa isang session na lang siya since di na maka pag start ng 18weks?please pa help po..first mom kasi..at kakabili ko lang po..thank you in advance po..

Hindi po b magooverlap yung weeks esp kung 9days po pnplay ang lessons? Thankyou

Hello dear! Hindi, actually pag nagstart ka on your 18th week of pregnancy hanggang 36th week yun each lesson is to be played for 9 days, then beyond 36 weeks if hindi kapa nanganganak you can continue playing lesson 16 until your delivery. So its fine and no overlapping. ◡̈

Hi thanks for your reply. I'm already 18weeks and just started using it. If I understand it better, Bale po, 9days ipplay lhat ng lessons since I started at 18weeks? Thanks again :)

Yes dear you are correct! Stay ka lang sa 9 days lagi per lesson. Stay healthy and stay safe ❤️

Thank you!! New subbie here. :) Add ko ndm, based sa link that you've provided sa FAQs..at no.10. It says, they now recommend to use it only once a day. It may be the updated one, but not sure po. Stay safe too. ❤

Yes I saw that rin, thank you you’re right baka new recommendation nila yan pero right now twice a day ko siya ginagamit even my preggo friends rin twice rin sila. Since kakastart mo palang you can go for once a day as per FAQs. ☺️☺️☺️

Mam example 22 weeks na ako and 6 days, ano po ba angipplay ko na?

Hello! Sorry for the late response. By now you’re on your 23rd week na so bawat lesson dapat iplay mo siya for 7 days. 👍🏼 So if magsstart kana mag baby plus now on your 23rd week of pregnancy si Lesson 1 iplay mo sya for 7 days then pag natapos na si lesson 2 naman after for 7 days rin and so on and so forth..
