We can use electric kettle to sterile feeding bottles....I use this method...not so much time consuming as well as not so much expensive.

Mothers should avoid touching nipple after bottles r sterlized. This is what I think.

multiple flaws in this video: 1. using bathroom wash basin for bottle cleaning - very unhygienic 2. touching nipples after sterilization with hands 3. using cloth (even if cleaned can cause infection) to dry nipple part The idea is to have untouched bottle when baby takes feed from it, especially nipples.

So many mistakes 1.opening tap water way before starting cleaning process, wasting of water is a big no 2. You must not touch the sterilised nipple, it contaminates it, no touch technique must be used

Hi! There is a small correction which I would like to make. Even I use the avent sterilizer since day 1. It has been suggested by Phillips company itself in their manual to use only 90 ml water for the heating pan and not more or less from that c cause it will hinder the exact sterilization time required. So kindly look into it.

Do you wash your regular utensils in your washroom? I hope not ! How much ever clean the washroom might be but it the place where we excrete body waste and even if you keep it sparkling clean it will still have deadly virus and bacteria

I don’t feel you need a steriliser I just boil water in a kettle put the all the clean bottles in a bowl then add the boiling water and some salt and let them sit in the salt water for fifteen minutes that’s it and I do this once a day. That’s how my mom used to do it and how the doctor taught her and how I also do it and which my doctor also agrees is the best way. Boiling them on a stove creates this white residue which can’t be good and the I feel the microwave steriliser can be harmful to babies as it has radiation and I feel the electrical ones seems just a useless expense when the salt water option is a natural safe way to clean bottles plus I bought a bottle stand where the bottles air dry without touching anything that might or might not be that clean ie towels or cloth.

Good video. This is giving me a guidance on how to clean and sterilize the bottles. The users manual of Avent says the exact ml of water you have to fill in the base of sterilizer. They clearly say not to put more water. According to the manual you are not supposed to touch teats and that’s why avent has supplied a tong to pick it. There should not be any moisture inside the bottle . It should be completely dry. Next time plz read manual of all those equipments ( bottle , sterilizer, bottle warmer etc) before making video. Many of your points are contradicting with instructions of OEM ( original Equipment Manufacturer) .

What the hell, i have always followed your videos. But this time i didn't like it, this much water wastage just to clean bottles. You can be mindful just to the run the water slow while opening the tap. People don't even get to drink water, you are educated people, no one needs to advice you this. And when you advise this method to this much larger audience i can't even think of the loss. No, no way, you can't afford this loss.
