You can totally see the smile his dad tried to hold it down when Zac speaks about his and Tayshia’s conversation about how her dad set the expectations very high and he wants to do that for Tayshia and expresses that he isn’t scared. He’s a good man!!

Here is why I’m honestly rooting for their future, zac has been nothing but honest and upfront about his feelings, his past and things like that. And I think for a woman like tayshia, she not only wants that, she needs that and he cares so much about her and seems genuine about his feelings. I think they will last.

absolutely, she never had to guess what he was feeling, he was telling her throughout the process. She mentioned how she never wanted to force her partner to open up or to express themselves to her and she never had to do that with Zac. I wasn't exactly team Zac but i couldn't help but find myself appreciating him. He's great at expressing himself and his conversations with Tayshia seemed natural. He gives her that reassurance that she was hoping for and it's beautiful!

@@BlueBerryBronzer Sometimes responses like this come from people who have experienced hardship and gained wisdoms throughout their lives. As you become older and more mature, you'll learn how important it is to be an effective communicator - whether in your normal everyday life and professional life. Thus we learn to use the proper words to express our emotions, which to some people who are younger or more impulsive can be perceived it as political or 'saying what others want to hear'. We shall see if his actions match up with his words.

@@rubiirae I agree. I think Zac is used to public speaking as well and just communicating with his background being the founder of an recovery center. That's his work, but I also believed him when he was talking to her dad. Zac was always steady on this show, never was caught up in the drama and always focused on Tayshia and his relationship with her.

Zac is an actor. Let’s call him Zactor. And I mean that in a good way. I could easily see him on a soap with his timed pauses, all that whispering for effect, his turned head and burst of eyebrows. He keeps the listener in suspense. He’d do well to try his hand at it. He makes listening to him very interesting.

Lara M - Said nothing about his articulation or verbal communication. Mentioned his facial expression, use of tempo, pauses, whispering, head placement and eyebrow lift. These are acting skills that could easily put him on Young and the Restless. I watch him and feel as if I’m literally watching a scene from that show.

This season was so refreshing having mature adults looking for true love. Taysia was thoughtful, logical and considerate in her approach. Zac was confident, honest and vulnerable. This is what made it such a pleasure to watch. This scene and when he opened up to Taysia about how he loved her along with his intentions sealed it for me. Her father was very impressed with him. I knew he was the one. Best Bachelorette season ever!

We need grown adults back on this show. I’m so happy this season is filled with deep conversations & adults not wasting their time, but actually finding their person. Not 22 year olds. I’m 22 & I’m just like you’re a child why are you here. These are people who have matured & are ready to start a family, be completely in love & settle down. I really hope the producers notice that, honestly. I loved the show when they had grown adults finding love, not children starting petty drama.

Plus Matt seems like a good guy, but is he really ready for marriage? He’s been on so many Tik Toks and hanging out with all these women, that I’m not so sure. Hopefully I’m wrong.

As someone who grew up without a father, I hope Tayshia realizes how lucky she is to have a dad who has her back. I wish I'd had a father like Mr. Adams when I was growing up. Her entire family seems lovely. My wish for Tayshia and Zach is a long and happy marriage. Peace...

Zac is an amazing guy because he's in RECOVERY!!!! Addiction is a beast that I'd never wish upon anyone, but those who make it through to true recovery have been refined by the fire and are pure gold. ❤️

Yes! I think that was the difference between him and Ben! I think Ben is also a wonderful guy but he still had more to work on and probably more healing and therapy to do, Zac was already there and that’s what Tayshia needed and was looking for. I think they’ll have an amazing marriage 🤍

I am 49, have been single my entire life, and no man I have ever dated could talk like this to my dad. I always had to prompt, prep, or prepare the guy, tell him what to say and not to say, etc. before they met my parents, and nobody really ever impressed them. One boyfriend sat in a chair and didn't even stand up when my mom came in the room to meet him. And then he proceeded to just talk about himself and tell his victim story. The best I got was a guy who kept his mouth shut except for answering my parents questions. Even in their 40's and 50's I cannot find a guy who is half the man that Zac is.

Women today don’t even put that expectation on their boyfriends so the boyfriends - regardless of their age - don’t know how to act. So good for you for that. That’s important to verbalize his intention. That says a lot about a man. It says a lot about how he’s going to interact with your family, how much he respects you and what he will be expected of him.

Bachelor casting please continue to look for more guys like this. We got lucky with Claire being the bachelorette that more mature slightly older than usual men were cast but it should always be like this. I see this relationship truly lasting. Love Zac!

This conversation with her dad is what made me like Zac. This is the best. I felt he was sincere too. It's always a good thing to flatter the parents but I think he was real. This was it and this sealed the deal for him. Even her dad looked like he was tearing up listening to Zac. Also, I'm a NYC girl, so I love Zac's accent and he very east coast feel. I hope they make it forever.

@@afiajiji9469 Thank you. I sometimes wondered what on earth they were watching. Zac has tons of swag, he's been through hell and has come back a strong and thoughtful man. Some people from his hometown, a suburb from Philly recognized the way he carries himself as a South Jersey guy. I just saw swag like Tayshia did. The way he walked, talked, kissed, everything, his thoughts (he didn't ask her one thing about the other guys ever while the others would ask her what position they were in with her.) She was intrigued and drawn to him.

I'm seeing all of these negative comments about Zac, and either I'm blind or people are REALLY reaching. I think you can read the man LIKE A BOOK and he might be using "lines", but overall he seems genuine. He has an interesting way of expressing himself and it reminds me of Shawn Booth

Agreed. Just because someone has a way with words doesn’t mean there disingenuous or manipulative. I haven’t seen any manipulative tendencies from him this whole season. I just think he’s very mature and since he’s a counselor, that makes him more well spoken than the average person. I don’t think he would be with Tayshia if he weren’t in it for the long haul. Notice how you never saw him involved in any drama or speak ill of any of the other men.

Zac is so much better with his words than Ben is imo. Ben didn't even break a smile when talking about Tayshia, at least Zac looks like he's in love with her... but also idk, words don't mean anything if the actions don't match up. Completely solid top 3... but I'd say Ivan seemed the most genuine, it's a shame she didn't feel the connection.

I liked Ben, but his feelings are too closed off and I have a dad who was in the army in his 70s and still can’t express his emotions. I think once he can, he would be a great choice for the bachelor...having said that I want Ivan as the next bachelor. I think he and tayshia have such similar backgrounds that it can be a double edge sword but he is a catch would be a great next bachelor. I don’t think they would go with him because let’s face it, the producers don’t always listen when we ask for more diverse people
