Saw this home this summer and was amazed by how stunning it was. Nice to have a different style home in the Morrison Heights area. Love the interior this home is one of those dream listings I hope to get.

PERFECTION!!!

EVERY home you do (that I've seen in a KZfaq video) so far has had me floored. :) And I've seen the many mega mansions built all over the US. In Beverly Hills and the like. They all seem to include the usual high-end items. Almost to the point of being cookie-cutter. Your interior designers have an originality and creativity unseen. Done in a tasteful way. Elegant and comfortable. Including features like a good size home gym, home theatre rooms and sometimes wine cellars. Car "lifts" to put prized cars "below ground" and viewable like a display from the basement. Like a museum display. Complete with a background painting and well lit. Not sure put in for the sake of having one. But done so with flair. Don't know if the home theatres were sound "proofed" (or more correctly said "supressed" as no room can be 100% sound PROOFED). Tip. for your next creation with a custom home theatre room...consult a prize winning CEDIA/ISF winning custom installer. Make sure the room is sound SUPRESSED and setup for "Dolby Atomos surround (uses 11.2 or 13 speakers). Would show HT enthusiasts you truly did your home work. :)

Yeah the outside was a bit tragic but the layout inside oh wow factor,loved the open concept and flow and the big as bedrooms yes....dream movie room,gym etc just gorgeous...i did expect a pool thou as the section was big even with the soccer goal in place...

This home is truly wonderful. I kept watching this video over and over again many times lol. But recently ive seen this video and dreamnt that i was in there. Waking up making coffee or an espresso lol but someday it won't be a dream, i'll push forward to make it a reality. ^_
