These are the lessons my parents gave me! Sadly I have gone through this and I’m crying so bad listening to this video. Mein ny bht kuch seekha hai apny parents ko dhek kr jo nahi hona chahiye tha and same time I feel blessed too k mujhe experience sy pehly hi pata chal gya hai. Bht saari cheezein hamary mushary mein ghalat hai or social media par bht negatively hai jis ki waja sy bachy pehly hi depressed hoty or phir parents aap k sath aisa krty. And I will teach my kids in a manner able way. InshALLAH😊

This has happened to since i was a kid and grew up to anxiety disorder i get panic attacks and i got so hyper and scared sometimes that i cant control myself . And i feel like nothing is worth giving a chance but i want to be the one i wanted to me so please pray for me and yourself and may Allah protect us for being toxic and toxic people This lecture made me emotional
