This week we took Nigel out to Baker Lake in the back country for a quick overnighter. We did a little hiking on the Baker River trail and cooked some delicious seared salmon on our SoloStove Campfire. The SoloStove was perfect. One of the best features of it is, you can use small twigs and leaves to make a great little fire.
On the hike we saw a huge Red Cedar probably 10 feet across. There were a few bridge crossings we make across the river and had a great little hike.
The dogs, Gia and Paloma were with us as usual and enjoyed the camp site and hike.
