My question is why is no one attempting to kick the ball harder to get home run? Are players not allowed to kick the ball that hard ?

They bunt to get on base so when they get enough people they can kick it super far. That way if it gets caught, the people in field can tag up and get some runs

Welcome to kickball where the rules are made up and the umpires doesn’t care. Ball hit the base, and the base is considered fair. God I hope that ump doesn’t say he watches baseball because that’s just embarrassing. Third baseman is dummy too. Slow ball; scoop it up towards foul territory when it’s foul.
