Molly returns to the marathon with a debut at the 2023 Chicago marathon. Take a look at her last workout two days before the race, a taste of the press roundtable, check in antics, a race recap with data and a Corgi as well as the walk of shame with the Sadgirl Track Club the day after the marathon. Chicago was the culmination of 2 years of hard work by Molly and a big step towards preparing for the 2024 olympic trials. Things are looking up! She finished with a PB of 2:23:07 8th place overall and 2nd American. Special thanks to Sidekick for the support producing this video and for keeping Molly moving well, recovered and ready to race. I was managing the final aid station at mile 25.2. Most of the volunteers were a local high school cross country and track team. When I saw you coming, I announced it over the bullhorn as I saw how close you were to Emily and I knew you were having a good race. The teenagers were so excited to see you. You looked bouncy and happy and we were all very happy for you.

I believe it's from a brand called Sidekick and they make recovery tools like scrapers, rollers, etc. and the gel is called Oasis also made by them.
