The token rings are called replicated ring, not replicating ring but it does make 8 at once so the production still wins because the thing its attached to does not matter it just cheks for 8 of the same name

I just finished building obeka yesterday. Happy to say i also got a mechanized production win on turn 7 of game 2. First game i went through the undercity, 5 times in two turns 😂. Absolutely love obeka. I also had the first ve.rsion as a deck for a while.

Gitrog is probably one of my new favorite commanders of all time. He’s so unbelievably fun to build around and with. I also want to mention that the second game I played with him I was able to play a 40 damage exsanguinate to win the game and it felt really good

Suggestion for production: In this video for the dice on Beau was really hard to tell what the number was on - so a dice like I'm seen LRRMTG use where it's a simple bigger die with the number easy to ready (They use like Green with white for the number bit)

Important note, Outlaws are not Cowards. There's only 2 Cowards in Magic. Craven Hulk and Scared Stiff. Craven Hulk is a Giant Coward and Scared Stiff is a Zombie Coward Guest. Now there's 5 cards that interacts with Cowards. Which is hardly enough to be important, however, I've won a game before by turning all my opponent's creatures into cowards and since cowards find blocking difficult, well let's say they took 21 commander damage.

Untap was from Sword of Feast and Famine: Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from black and from green. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, that player discards a card and you untap all lands you control.

Sorry Ben, but ReplicatING Ring makes 8 ReplicatED Rings. But luckily, you got 8 upkeeps, so you would still have won on the 7th one when you make your 8th Replicating Ring :D

No, he won at the correct moment; mechanised productions asks for 8 artefacts with the same name "as one another", not the same name as the enchanted artefact.

Yes but it doesn't matter because it still makes 8 copies that all have the same name. The tokens don't have to have anything to do with replicating ring.

The tokens are called "Replicated" Ring and not "Replicating" Ring, so he technically wouldn't have won on that upkeep step. But since he had 8 extra upkeeps he would have gotten to 8 Replicating Rings anyways. Very cool win.

The card asks for "...artefacts with the same name as one another...", not the same name as the enchanted artefact. Based on the wording, Ben could have won with 8 treasure tokens.

Mechanized Production only checks if you have 8 artifacts of the same name, it doesn't have to be the one you enchanted. So having 8 Replicated Rings on Upkeep is enough.

Obeka is the most boring leader I have nearly ever seen. It's just mindless gameplay. Outlaws and cows was infinitely cooler. Most anticlimactic ending.
