Getting back into freestyle as it's a pretty good activity for when you're in a pandemic. To keep myself motivated and to track the progress I'm going to try to shoot a video each week until I'm back to a reasonable level.
Week one was pretty rough, lowers have regressed a lot! Especially weak foot moves, no touch moves, everything felt pretty awful and lots of muscles weren't used to the movements. Heel tricks felt surprisingly ok, sitdowns and uppers were pretty sloppy. It's a long road ahead!
Hopefully week two sees some improvements.
