It's bittersweet when our kids grow up. The Blessings are still there, just a different. Soon, you will be experiencing having little grandgals & grandfellas added to the Epic Family. The legacy will continue for many generations. That my friend, is the ultimate blessing.

Wow! What an opening with Caroline trying on wedding gowns 🥲How quickly time passes! I've traveled across the northern parts of the US for nearly 14 years so I definitely can appreciate the need to get back on the road and just experience the beauty! I can't do that anymore at my age, but it's so nice that I can follow folks like y'all on YT and just live vicariously through you 😊So thank you for opening your lives to us on YT! Carolyn looks amazing and so happy. Watching these video's for a few years now and seeing them grow up. We, as followers/viewers/subscribers, feel a closeness to the family. Oh my! Beautiful Caroline trying on the dresses! It's happening! It tugs at a Mama's heart.... Some deal with change easier than others, so not to project, but i would probably find it both wonderful and difficult to be on the road, amidst all the changes. The beauty of nature is a solace, and you are incredibly happy for Caroline! We all are, who have come to know your amazing children through the years. No regrets for sure. You made the best decision.

Been watching you guys on and off for a bit now! Wondered if your kids had partners. I use to fill sorry for them! They were always on the road missing out on sports,proms etc. But I guess public school now days has its issues and you definitely can’t learn survival skills and worldly travels sitting in a class room. Seems like your kids are very happy and starting there own adventures now. Congratulations to the bride to be. Safe travels.

Agree - the San Rafael Swell is amazing. Driving through there feels like driving through Mars! You are living our dream. My wife Kathy and I are currently living in Ontario - but Ontario, CA. I haven't yet retired - probably 18 months or so away - but Kathy has. We are working out our empty nester overlanding skills! Love seeing how you two are evolving your approach (we have four kids who are now pretty much on their own).

About a week ago we drove south from the Little Belt mountains, then I-15 all the way down here. If you've never done it, check out some of the forest roads in the Little Belt Mountains off US 89 near Niehart, MN. Enough snow should have melted by now; although, some of the shelf roads are sufficiently narrow that the Rossmonster may make things a bit too exciting!

Love your rig, selling my rig, a Volkswagen crafter duel cab. It took dad and I over Australia after mum passed at 93. To big with me. I call my back seat a pod. I'll get good dollars as motor has had a re build. I'm 70 this year and want something 4x4 as I'm a real bushy born in our outback . And have itchy feet. Thankyou for your awesome vids.😊

What a outstanding location to drive through both the camping 🏕️ location was fantastic missing your beloved Lando his extra effort in running front of the rig is very perfect as if guiding you about the trail as if he knows about it. Marriage preparation has started. Being a father of a daughter I feel a daughter will settle with her husband one day and will start here family leaving us. That's the way life goes. Epic, glad to see you on the road and in my backyard no less. From the Colorado river road to the swell. A lot of familiar ground, great spot in the swell I noted on a trip in February were we also saw a lot of wild horses just to the south. Did I see some out of sequence river shots in between Glenwood and Junction?

We did the El Camino del Diablo in Southern Arizona this winter. It had some pretty tough sections, but the truck handled it wonderfully. We have some videos of that posted from a few months ago.

You have to be a resident of Montana to have Montana plates. I cant live in California and have Montana Plates Just because Montana has no sales tax. I get asked by friends if I can do them a favor and licence their vehicles here in Montana answer is always no
