Did it bother you when Talia told him to cut both of the ends of the onion off. I always cringe when people do that. I always laugh when people don't know how to properly dice onion. It's not that hard. I also found it strange that she had him wet the bread with water. Why wouldn't they just use bread crumbs, or toast the bread and turn it into bread crumbs. Those are some weird meatballs. 😂

For the sauce. 2 tablespoons of salt 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 a cup of olive oil 2 large tins of canned tomatoes 8 sprigs of basil Add all these to a blender, or use an immersion blender, then you have a ready pizza/pasta sauce. Don’t heat it up before putting it on a pizza, but most definitely heat it up before serving with pasta. If you want the pasta sauce to be thicker just keep it on heat for longer.

Simon, don't get discouraged from cooking bro, your food tasted bland because you legit forgot the most important ingredient, SALT. You need to add a bit of Salt to everything, Salt brings out flavor in every food, even pastries have their pinch of salt.

Loved the vid. Was nice seeing the Sorted studio. You should collab with them more. They could even turn Jamie and Mike in half-decents cooks. Oh, and if you are wondering where the flavour is in you pasta, it "might" be in the half an onion you chucked away and the half carrot you ate instead of added in.
