One of the better deals that support the concept of "Digital India" but one thing that every shark missed out on was the fact that Android Tablets with the support of a Keyboard already exist in the market at around same price. With big players like Xiaomi, Samsung, Lenovo, and Realme... a lot of Edtech companies are already using these for their students, having a custom OS built around Android to support everything that Prime OS offers. The concept of Chromebook already existed with ChromeOS which did the same thing for the same price. While on paper, they might be successful, in the future as Online Education in the Post-Lockdown era becomes a norm, they will have big competition from established players which might hurt them in the long run.

Probably using a low grade processor they didn't mention and no shark bothered to ask. It's the most important component. This laptop will definitely get laggy to a point of no use within a year of use.

Remember the revolution that happened in the mid 2000s when Reliance disrupted the mobile phone market with very low-cost phones? Before that 'cell phones' were a matter of prestige that was accessible only to the rich and elite. after that the idea of mobile phones became common. Sorry to say but such gadgets are already available in the Chinese market and much much better. For example, I have in front of me a Tablet PC (i.e.a convertible) which runs on Android 13, has 16 GB RAM, 1 TB Storage, 5G Dual SIM Card and 10,000 mAh battery. And all this for around Rs. 10,000. How will they even compete with such products?
