A tip for the go gurt put in the freezer then up them in their lunch box and by the time lunch time comes the are unthawed but still cooled

I am sure that with a family of 7 this is not your weekly shopping. If it is, you really do know how to stretch your dollar. I have grown up sons now but my weekly shopping is three time that amount.
