I have night terrors as an adult. All throughout life, I have always talked in my sleep... My Mom too. My neurologist firmly believes that that if I was able to walk, I would because they are all in the same family. It makes sense that Bella started sleep walking when all of the craziness started because from experience, it is typically stress related.

i started homeschool in 10th grade and it was difficult i’m now in 11th and i’m still home schooled when you first enroll it’s difficult but then it gets easy

My oldest had night terrors. Come to find out it was due to her sinuses mess! It was so scary. As a child, I talked in my sleep & slept walked. 🤣

I’m an adult and still have night terrors several times a month. And same thing, my brother will hear me crying uncontrollably and just put our dog or cat in my lap to help me calm down. It’s so weird 🥴 I didn’t realize there was such a tie between sleep walking and night terrors though, scary stuff.

When I was like 6 to 8, walk too and talk too it kinda of went away as I grew older but my parents just made sure to lock the kitchen and all the exit doors and take the keys to their room so I couldn't get out of the house or hurt my sef in the kitchen.

Can you do a week of vegan or vegetarian lunches?

After Bella boo come home from school need to check are lunch box any leftover food from her lunch and her snack and her drinks any trash in her lunch box if she this not finished her lunch What kind sauce this she likes

I used to have night terrors when I was little and my mum said I just used to sit on the stairs and stare at the wall and cry lol and then I'd go back to bed and not remember any of it the next day 😂

How does Bella's food never get tossed around in the bento box? Whenever I pack lunches in bento boxes the food goes all over the place.

My grandma she was sleep walking and she went all the way to my mom's room and mom woke up and ask her why are you here and she said that she called her to see her and mom walked her all the way back to her room.The next day next she woke up again she went to the bed (she sleeps in a chair) 2 hours later she was sleep walking again and then she fell.

From when I was like 2 to when I was 5 or 6 I would wake up in the middle of the night sit up and just stare and scream and cry the only thing that could make me go back to sleep was my parents forcing me to lay back down and I've slept walked and talked ever since

My oldest slept walk always talking in her sleep and she still does its so funny to listen to her. At first they were pretty bad because she was having dreams of her dad killing all of us and sometimes just killing me as they were watching him killing me trying to get him to stop. Sadly she suffers with ptsd because of him. I one sleep walked I woke up standing up and every body was calling my name XD it was so creepy I was what what happend?? Andy brother said u were sleep walking u went to the kitchen and were saying some really scary stuff and I was like :O

I'm 47 and a sleepwalker...I drive my husband crazy...it happens when I'm super stressed out...last time I opened my front door and locked it then went out and slammed it shut...I woke up as I slammed it and was locked out at 2am...😯 another time I went into the kitchen and made 7 pb&j sandwiches then went back to bed...other times I'll hide things... I hid toilet paper in the fridge once, I hid my hairdryer in my hamper...to this day I still can't find the paprika...lol...I know it sounds funny, but it's scary... I've hurt myself a ton of times climbing on things too...I woke up standing on the coffee table! 😟😟😟

Hi what does bella wanna be when she is older

Bella's I'm sleep walking and having conversations in her sleep is something that she could outgrow. Myself I started sleepwalking where is like 35 and it's been over 12 years now and I still do it but I never did when I was younger. Now my brother he has sleep talking and I swear that child can have a complete conversation with someone and you're going what are you talkin about. When he first started though my stepfather was a sleep talker to they just saw yours all the sudden having a full-on conversation back and forth my mom and I woke up and heard this erase that they're amazed at this whole conversation they had with each other back and forth and they were both sleep talking. And as for the latest thing it's not very weird trust me I had a thing when I was a kid to that I wouldn't eat anything other than just lettuce and that was my salt nothing on it nothing added to it. My grandmother said that that's how my grandfather used to eat his salad he called it the honeymoon salad. And I didn't start having stuff with my salads until I was like in high school only because I force myself to try new things about 13 14 years old 2 make sure that I was positive I didn't like something. Next time you make her salad tell her it's a honeymoon salad. My grandmother called it that because when you're on your honeymoon and you were broke you can't afford anything with lettuce also his son other adult connotation in there too but I'm not going in that.
