I can't believe you have a freshman, 6th grade and 3rd grade all ready 😢 your kids are getting so big ❤ Your oldest has 3 more years of high school . My oldest son graduated high school on may 22 2023 its was bittersweet moment he my first born done with school sweet because he a young man going to college 😢❤. My 2nd son is in 6th this and my daughter is in 4th. The two youngest start school in Florida August 10th . Great haul ❤

I used to love going school supply shopping as a kid. 😆 Getting all the pens, pencils, loose leaf paper, five star zipper binders, duo-tangs (what we’d call folders in 🇨🇦), notebooks and pencil crayons, new indoor shoes. No tablets or iPads were needed. 😆 I would lay them out when we got home and then organize them in my backpack for the first day of school.😆 We’d switch teachers and classrooms for different subjects starting around grade 3 or 4. School doesn’t start until beginning of September in Canada and there are multiple breaks throughout the year, 2 weeks for Christmas, then a February break, Easter Break, and then out from the Summer starting end of June.

I can’t believe Jaxon is starting high school. I hope all the kids have an amazing year. My son is also going into 6th grade this year. He starts on Aug. 17th. His back pack is one of those 3 drawer storage chests on wheels 🤣🤣🤣 thankfully we don’t need much in the clothes or shoe line since he is home schooled. I don’t know how you do back to school in the middle of July. We used to have a dance comp in Scottsdale in the middle of July at the Double tree Paradise Valley resort and I remember how miserable I was just walking from the hotel room to the main lobby. I hope they stay cool and have a great first day :)

My kids have used the cat and jack backpacks for years. Last year, both of theirs barely made it through. So I spent extra on one for my oldest and let my youngest have a cat and jack since he doesnt have as much stuff.

Thankfully my kids school district buys the supplies for every kid we just have to buy backpacks, lunchbox and water bottles. It is such a relief because supplies are expensive
