Great interview! - I love how Bob Gale has protected the franchise from being exploited such as other franchises have been. If I could go back in time I would love to go back to the 80’s to watch the movies for the first time again as I remember the experience of being amazed as when I saw them originally. It’s great to still watch them today, but the experience of seeing them for the first time was the best!

ah love it! the 80s is a common theme for people wanting to go back....TAKE US BACK!!!!! We should all just create a WandaVision world of the 80s where we never have to leave...it would be amazing :). Bob indeed has done some great work with the franchise and upholding it's legacy - a rarity for sure these days!!

I'd go back to 1985 and relive a fantastic Saturday evening. An amazing trip to the cinema to watch Back To The Future followed by fish and chips. Putting on my sleeveless body warmer and re-enacting Marty from the movie. A very happy day!

Excellent interview! Really enjoyed it! Thank you so much. Bob is such a great guy. :) I'd go back to the 80's and be part of the crew for the whole run on the set of BTTF part 1! Then I would get to see Michael J Fox arrive on set for his first day of shooting the movie! I'd get to see that clock tower scene with Christopher Lloyd. All the other wonderful actors working in real time on the other sets. Wow, amazing! Then I'd also get to go and see the movie for the first time with everyone in the cinema and see their reactions to the film! Love your channel, just subbed! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this show, love the hosts and love the great, Bob Gale! So, if I was to go back in time and get stuck there, it would definitely be 1955, or any year that decade. Why? I would love to be around what was then to be perceived as a pure and innocent time. And whether I go back as a full-grown adult, or a teen, or better yet as a child, I can't imagine it being any less the idyllic time that I've longed for even through growing up in the late 70's onward. And also just for that grand sense of wonderment and discovery to missing from the present.

Ooh this was a FAB episode Lisa & Ashley!! I just LOVE B2TF!! Bob Gale is great, what a fantastic mind hez got Bob Zemeckis 2 purely GIFTED men!! You asked what time era we would all travel back 2, personally I would LOVE 2 travel back 2 the early 1940z & meet my REAL BLOOD grandparents (from Dadz) side of the family (az he NEVER knew them so i didn't either)--》maybe 1 day I'll tell u both the fascinating story about DADz journey!!! 😁😁😄😄👍👍😉😉

I really love the way that Bob Gale talks about not doing another BTTF movie, i completely agree with him. Hollywood, Universal or Disney would destroy the BTTF franchise with another movie. It's the perfect trilogy and don't touch it. thank you!

If I could go back in time courtesy of Doc Brown's Delorean, I would have to travel back to being on set for some of these epic 80's and 90's movies as an extra, or maybe even have a line or two.. just imagine actually being in Flash Gordon, Flight of the Navigator.. Never Ending Story.. or even Back to the Future itself!! Then I could be on your show, chatting and reflecting on these great Movies.. Nostalgia overload! 😅 Fantastic work as always you two. 👏

My Dad was a Marine and a Vietnam veteran; a wannabe tough guy who had put on a lot of weight since his days in the marines but one day I found his highschool yearbook; started thumbing though and I found a picture of my Dad wearing tights; on stage with about six or seven girls - I couldn't believe my eyes because was was doing splits in midair ABOVE the heads of these girls while touching hit toes. He had jumped so high that he was ABOVE them all. I asked him about it and he told me that he really had no interest at all in taking Balet lessons; the only reason he signed up for that class is because it's where all the girls were. There were no other guys in the class because they all thought it was too "girly". He was also in a photography class but much later in college and only because he wanted to do nude photography. His original goal was to become a photographer for Playboy but when he joined the Marines and they saw how high he scored on the ASVAB they sent him to electronics school where he learned to repair radios which is what he did in Vietnam. After he got out of the Marines he combined his knowledge of electronics with his passion for photography and became a photofinishing engineer.

Fantastic interview! Answer for the competition would be the following I saw George Lucas at work back in 2003 (I think). He was in the UK to watch the Grand Prix. I saw him behind the arrivals baggage hall on the way to the VIP car and he was literally across the road from me. I would probably go back in time to that point and let the tyres down on the car and then go and push myself towards him to shake his hand and get his autograph instead of standing there like I did with my jaw on the ground

@@LifeAfterMoviesWebShow let's just say I like to keep it as orginal as possible cast an director an producer prospective an done in their way an views both script wise an cast wise ! But I like to tie it into an ultimate type of epic idea that i have for a few other reason. Again i would love to go into great details but i rather pitch the idea to bob gale ! Because I would hate for it to be stolen from me . Yet I can say I want to see parts of the idea from the video game in it plus a little more back story of doc etc. I also like to tie in some more events from history an end it in away that I havent seen any movie or cartoon with villains end like ! Plus add director's cut screen an other fun option for a hard copy release with a DVD a comic book an poster pluse digital copy an maybe a flash drive ! All in a bundle that could include all the past movies ! Interviews an etc. But my main reason is the idea of how to end it an also the back drop of the stories of characters teaser in away save uncle Joey from prison , save a few other characters that most wouldnt think of an have a strange meeting with an unlikely person in a donut shop some where ! So if you can help me figure out how to talk to bob gale would be awesome . I doubt he would go for the idea . But I still love to ask him myself ! It be better in person .

An possibly make a red carpet or preview shown to kids an people in hospitals before released in cinemas or on paper view. Again many ideas too ad to the orginal ideas he discussed with you all on your interview ! An hopefully we could all convince them to make the fourth . Doc saved clare yet she would have died anyway if he didn't! Their kids got to be raised by a doctor slash inventor an a mother who was a teacher ! Docs dad in the game said he was proud of him even though he tried to hide his talent or interest from his father threw most the game. We were all given a beautiful glimpse I think into what their prospective could have been if they finished the game into a fourth movie. I think it was kinda a teaser . An time travel was written about before this movie came out . An also filmed ! Frankinstine ?? Inspiration?? The very thought of the getting the car off the truck yet doc was in it when he got it off the truck? Even though he had a remote to control it. An I have I think a great way to tie that into the fourth in a great way. The back drop of character stories in the game was to me tastefully done an as always great to see. I was longing to be able to drive the delorean more an actually travel time an wanted grandtheft auto type of map an playing style so possibly could have stolen other cars in those era's an possibly would have been cool to be able to use the train to bring some back to the future an park in a garage an maybe mod them an enjoy using like the delorean maybe without the ability to travel time with them . Deffently could have had an air race with them. An could even tie in docs orginal invention into said race . By being able to visit the farthest point in the future to upgrade even is invention from the fair too any other cars from all the past times the visited maybe even build a wagon too. Yet wasnt done 🤔😐 would love to hear yalls feed back on it .

@@LifeAfterMoviesWebShow the games I love to play to me based on the real movies are often as entertaining as the movies! An it's kind cool when given multiple choices to decide the fate of the out comes like in older scrolls ! An then tie in the scenes to the game play so u actually could complete them an the mission fix the time line or acciedently not fix it an see the results kinda like when biff is in vegas etc. Yet throw in some levels or missions based on things that were not in the movie to ad to the fun of the game again like grand theft auto ! Because my favorite thing about grand theft is even if you dont play the missions you can still play around on an open map an reek havoc on the pedestrians an of course other cars an buildings etc. Could have also help recreate biff going into the manure truck . An Marty riding the first skate board. So many things I felt would an could have been in it . An I am pretty sure rock star would have loved to help develope it.
