Nice to see you and I’m in the same boat with my mahoosive gut but 4kgs is f*** all 😂 Start of July I had a week in the southern French alps on a bucket list bike holiday so was fit and in shape, but that was immediately followed by three weeks with our lass in France & Italy, just eating and drinking with zero training. Now about 8 kgs overweight and time to sort it out!! Nowt pie shaped for a while.
