PB & J, ham sandwiches, cheese and crackers, are all go-to school lunches, but sometimes you just want to pack your child a hot lunch.

Ok this news group failed on their research, for one you prime with hot water 5 or 10 minutes not 30 and you're supposed to use foods with quite a bit of liquid like soups. If she added more tomato sauce, it would help keep it hot longer
@Mr._Chievous Жыл бұрын
who in hell wants to spend 30 or even 5 minutes "priming" a lunch container? may as well wrap it in foil
@johnkeo358 Жыл бұрын
@playpen foil wrap doesn't keep soup hot AF for 12 hours, just depends on what your morning routine is. When I know I'm going to have a long day and kinda not sure when I'm going to eat, it's a good investment to take the extra 5 or 10 minutes to make sure my food will be as hot as possible.

They are meant to keep LIQUIDS like SOUP hot.
@cindyt6909 Жыл бұрын
Actually, they're called food containers, not soup containers. They make special containers for soups. If they didn't intend for their products to keep solid food hot, they should indicate that on the package or call them soup containers instead.
@MrJohndrow3 жыл бұрын
These food containers are for liquid based meals like soups and stews, i use the cheapest one shown with the black lid everyday at work, it waits 6 hours for me to eat and it is alway still steaming, it seems it is you who did not accurately portray these devices usefulness.

@@xlncy not really. so much of the facts are hidden - such as who sponsors the show or who working for the winners plays golf each weekend with the producer. Like others said, the test was a bad one in a few ways - no liquids were used (stew) and the particular product by Thermos was a rare exception as most of their products win such contests - those done by regular people like you and me.

you cant always put doom and gloom on the news otherwise that could seriously impact the viewers mental health, if you are looking to see what it happening in the world at the moment you should look at specific channels that always do that
