I got mine on pre order and got in a car accident right before it arrived so I haven’t been able to ride it yet. 8 weeks till I heal up and can finally shred. Thank you for getting a video review out for this board in a timely manner. I been searching every day for stuff I can watch to learn more about my new G5s and you totally made my week with this video.

I had to have some fun with this. When I saw all the boards lined up I was like we have to do this. And yeah the deck feels good. Really surprised me being that thus is a hub motor. Feels really good.

It's been a couple years since I watched your reviews, you all look great. This looks like it was a fun time to make! It looks like a great board. I am on my Miles phantom board. I will NEVER go back to belts. But the price for this one is a bit steep considering a few hundred more you can get another miles phantom 👻

Are hub motors more durable and less maintenance compared to belt drives?

I prefer belt drive. More wheel options. I love the sound and the power. Hub motor is a little less maintenance. But but by much in my book. Thus is a good board nevertheless.

All the boards are rated for riders to 265 I think go tk the website it will tell you. But you would want the belt drive board either zealot s 2 or the zealot x. Review of Zelaot s2 is on the channel.

Great review! When do you upload the range test? because Im thinking about getting this board or the Tynee Explorer I think this one can be more fun for street use and you can push it. Wih the explorer I can drive through the woods tho. I have this feeling that the g5s is more fun but the explorer more practical for me since i have alot bad roads and hills here

Get the zealot s2 then. Change wheels as it is belt drive. I like the lights and the customizable remote. And backfire has longer warranty as well as really good customer service.

The zealot looks good aswell Can you say Something about the batteries because the zealot has a newer Version with the 14S2P Samsung cells but only 403wh while the Explorer has the 12S4P cells with 726Wh does the newer Version make up for the Differential in Wh in terms of range Just a General question

@@fynfax4986 at first you compared it to the G5s and I shared that instead of G5s I would get the Zealot S2 as it is belt drive. The explorer and the Tynee board are completely different. What I will say is that you will not get the best range with the AT wheels. You would have to put the same size wheels as you would in a regular longboard like zealot s2 to get good range. If you ride an AT board with 700 watt hours off road the battery will drain fast too. You need to decide what style of board you want. The other consideration is the tynne is a double king pin board as well while zealot is reverse kingpin. You have to decide what you want. The are completely different boards.

Im aware of the Board differences and that you get different Range results with different wheels and Riding style. i dont know the difference between the Trucks tho and between batteries. i know that for Power you need good voltage and Ampere and also a good battery but Im no expert And because its my first electric longboard I dont know If I should buy a streetboard ( in which Case I would prefer hub so i can also Push it) or 2in1 / Offroad Board Idk which will be more fun because they are probably 2 whole different riding experiences

General question: the Zealot X has 2x 1500W Motors with a 14S 140A ESC and new 14S2P battery cells 504wh My question is what stats are important now because the Meepo Voyager for example has 2x 3000W Motors with only 55A ESC and 12S3P the Board is considered very Powerful and in tests it had great acceleration and speed and hill climbing. The zealot X has that aswell good acceleration and top speed but apparently less hill climbing capability and lower Motors but Higher ESC amp Output so what stats are really Important? Also If you have a 12S3P with 566wh vs a 14S2P with 400Wh do you get the Same range because the battery is newer and more efficient or is an older battery with more wh still better in that regard

They are both solid. However these things are also important to consider. Zealot X Has built in lights, has a one year warranty, higher quality trucks I believe, unique remote. My homeboy has Zealot X and it’s fast. Also you want to look at the actual battery cells being used. As it relates to the actual specs listed I am not a battery expert. I don’t want to give misinformation. The Zelaot X is also a new board. You can also use my discount code LansingATL to save some money too. Hope this helps.

@@MrPhillipsTheChangeAgent the irony is most people's perceptions of skateboard hub motors are based on the kind 3-5 generations back! Their top speeds of 28-31mph and easily removable wheel sleeve designs are so much better now than the early Boosted Board days that people harp on about.

Backfire indicates 28 I do t look at speed I ride as fast as I can safely. But honestly in the past I have been able to get 1-2 miles per hour over their stated top speed. What do you weigh?
