It baffles me that people think I make up or inflate any of my speed or range tests when I literally show it live during the ride. I use a time stamp camera with a speedometer to record my audio and use ride app to track my range. I take a screen shot at the end of my range test as soon as I feel the boards “usable range” is done.

Well done Ronnie! I Always enjoy the personality you put in your reviews. I was debating on either the Zealot or Flex-Riot for a couple of months but ended up pre-ordering the Flex-Riot. The Flex weighs a few lbs less and is a little smaller and just looks a bit more polished & sharp. I need something I can swiftly pick up and carve around the city with I think the Flex was a correct choice. But that Zealot is nice too, a Beast with a lot of power.

I want to ride where you were. You make it look so easy and fun.

I've been riding my backfire G2T for nearly a year now with about 580 miles on it and I have only had one problem with it which was it dropped almost a mile of range over the past year but most likely thats my fault for not storing it properly during the winter and also always riding it crazy hard from 100 to 0 full throttle. I love the brand and your channel, this board only seems like a big improvement over mine and I'm a big fan! Keep up the good work Ronnie, the vids have been dope.

Backfire is capable of making awesome belt driven boards and Zealot is my second favourite so far while first being Flex Riot. They did great job with the Zealot. Great work, Backfire!

I saw someone with this board and we had a little speed test. That backfire is fast, but my DIY hub motor board was faster. I was at a lower voltage (30%) and had to let go of my trigger (because it was going too fast...max speed was near 40mph of course.) than his board (80%) but we both were going 30+mph. It was fun to see how fast it can go. I definitely recommend the board to those who wants to try out for their first esk8 ever. You won't be disappointed.

Also I know it's kinda off topic but do you have any tips for the old school kickflip? I saw your old tutorial and I'm able to get the rotation every single time, but I can only get one of my feet on there and it always lands near the back of the board. Any suggestions on how to correct it?

This Thing is fast! I suggest that if you're a beginner like me use it at the lowest setting until you become really comfortable on the board, it can get squirrelly at higher speeds. Also be sure to wear a helmet, gloves and stiff ankle footwear minimum! I had to bail bail off mine the second day I rode it and rolled my ankle bad 🤦🏽‍♂️🥴

Lmao, I loved your comment on double kingping trucks. I've always heard people love the carving on them, but I see videos and people seem to be carving at low speeds anyways. I'll take reverse king pin with the stability on high speeds for a bit of reduced carving any day. I think there are lots of people who just don't have the skill or commitment to put enough of their weight into their carves.... Hi mate been watching you video alot as wanting to get back in to skateboarding but have put on quite a lot of weight. I went on to the backfire board link to see if I could find somthing that could hold my weight and still do about 30mph I even stated the live chat with the backfire team but no one responded. Is there any electric skateboard that could hold the weight of 19stones.

Would you say the composite or bamboo deck is better. Don’t know what to order. Whats your opinion?

Saw your video on the Bustin Sportster Hybrid. That board looks like such quality. How do you like it compared to the Zealot and Exway flex? Know it’s not belt drive, but I’m new to the sport and just want some casual cruising, not crazy performance. It still looks like it has enough power should I need it.

Hi, there, I saw your reviews in the last 2 days researching on which first eboard to get and originally wanted to get the meepo nls after I saw your past reviews, but now the zealot is out, which would you recommend? I mainly want to use it for daily commute to and from work to start and of course when I am more skilled later on down the line for leisure and riding out and start having fun, is the backfire line is less twitchy on the acceleration, and hows the breaks in comparison, I kinda don't mind the nls pro not having a screen on the remote , coz as a beginner I think I will be more concentrated on the road. with the similar price range, I narrowed it down to the nls pro and back fire g3 but now after seeing the review on the zealot I can't decide which to get, much appreciated for your help.

hey man another great video! i need your help please. 1. i noticed when i let go of the throttle, i get sort of a small brake jerk then board continues to roll. wondering if there is a way to eliminate that jerk and let the board continue to roll freely. i did loosen the belts a bit. 2. any idea if 105 cloud wheels reduce/increase overall weight of board? any tips on reducing the weight of the board? or carry backpack suggestions?
