You got the point of it .. some of the reviewers are complaining because theirs isn’t creating the effect, then admit they had the ac on and don’t wanna turn it off. You have to place it in an air free room so it can create the intended effect... that means there’s tranquility & when the smoke goes crazy, there’s something messing with the vibe lol

I just got mine today...I ordered it on May 29 and it came today, June 10. I bought it from the Facebook ad. It looks like yours, but I have the cones that came with it, and they are a little smaller than yours, and it really won't "flow" like yours does... (I do not have it in a vented spot) a cone lasted only about 5 minute... they smell like sweet burning trash...lol

I got mine today and it is pretty and the cones smell nice but not having tge desired waterfall effect. Trickles down to the 2nd leaflet or embankment whichever you want to call it then drifts outward. I have moved it to different areas of house and same thing. No AC or fan blowing. Oh well I will keep trying. Still pretty and smells good. 😍 For the price I am satisfied.

Just got my burner today. Like the burner but the cone doesn't smell like jasmine. It just smells like my house is burning down. Love your dog!

Inscense Waterfall. Received today. I'll start with the positive comments: The correct items were shipped and correct amount was charged. It works as advertised. The cones are packaged in heavy resealable mylar bags. That's the good. As for the incense cones, I agree with those who are disappointed. I could barely detect any scent from a newly opened bag, nor could I differentiate between scents when sniffing the cones individually. They only burn for about 5 minutes each, and it took a couple of those precious minutes for the smoke to begin flowing down through the troughs. The visual effect is nice, but the only smell is of something burning. Thirty minutes after the cone burned out and the room still stinks. I could sit by a campfire and get the same smell, plus get warm and toast marshmallows to boot. This is not a smell I want in my house. Wish I had believed other people's reviews and NOT wasted money by ordering extra cones from this company. Like others, I hope to find some pleasant-smelling cones to use in the burner.

I've been told you put sand at the bottom cuz it drags the smoke down... Is that true, because I'm thinking about trying it because mine doesn't give the effect, the smoke just rises.

absolutely love mine but mine didn't come with instructions but was in plastic polystyrene packaging with tweezers and 4 bags of lavendar, rose,ocean and Jasmine come conscience comes approx 50 per bag,, but remember the base is to be filled with water as it seems to draw the smoke down and it works amazingly!

Only drawback of those is using the different scents. After a little while it starts smelling like burning paper. And cleaning it take a little while.

Maybe try putting some essential oils on the cone but into that bottom of the hole. I know that was 8 months ago but something to try ?

Even though no windows are open and the air is off, the smoke moves out a few tiers down and doesn't make it to the bottom pool. The trickle is skinnier for mine. I've only tried a few cones, so maybe there's something I'm missing. Found this video to see if I might be able to try something different. The incense cone provided doesn't have a smell, and I agree. I’m determined to get a full waterfall. Thanks for the great demo

Where do u find the long cones bec I’ve bought the same exact one & ordered a bag of 100 cones bec as soon as it flows to the bottom…. Cone is burnt out. Kinda defeats the purpose. How anyone is able to get a calming effect is beyond me bec cone burns out in less than 3 minutes. Literally. So actually it’s a pain in the ass having to light cone after cone after cone. I want the waterfall but how does that work? Multiple 3 min cones simultaneously?

I love it but I was wondering if there a way to clean the residue that the cones leave on the surface of were it's placed & the wall even though it's not close. I used the mat that it came with & still it's a mess. I love the ambiance & the smell of my cones. I also have seen any instructions on how to clean it. I saw a review on how to take the 2 piece ones apart but Not this one & it gets pretty yucking & build up won't allow me to line it up even with the whole anymore. I've have mine a week I've burned 12 cones because they only last about a few minutes if that. Any advice on cleaning tips would be helpful. Oh I also made the mistake and put it on my bathroom I wanted to enjoy it while I take a bath & I'm wondering now am I going to have to re- paint or do you know of a cleanser that will get the stains out. I placed it on a long ledge that not close to the wall & it still let stains I scrubbed & they aren't budging.🤔

Hi your video was fun...as far as the cones are concerned I m supposing they are of low quality...researching cones tells of smoke and burning smell but not much SCENT that one expects...I agree because I ve used different brands of essential oils for many years and the lower the quality the lower and more synthetic smelling the product and vise versa...that being said I have what I think most likely are cheap quality cones but the burner itself is nice..I plan on ordering cones that are promoted as all natural high quality cones and I m guessing that they will NOT have a bunch of different colors even if the scents are different. No need to breath in chemicals. It's a bit too sad that so many chemicals are everywhere...even in so called HARMLESS products..thanks for the video...my backflow burner was a gift as well...very pretty hand holding a flower

I'm not usually like this about products but I absolutely ONLY buy imported Indian incense; Nag Champa, Darshon, Chandra, etc. It costs minimally more but you immediately can see why when lit. This is true of sticks and cones, it is not hard to find.

I got mine, the flow works but the scent just not there. It is like burning not having scent to relax you.

I was told not to use the cones that came with it bc they are toxic so I bought nag champa cones and it didn't work. Apperently you have to use the cones that have the hole at the bottom like she just showed.

Because of this design there is no way for me to stabilize that cone on top of the holder. There is no way I can use this, it would burn my house down. The area around the hole has no real depth to it
