Welcome to part 2 of my backpacking sucks series where I complain about all the worst parts of backpacking, but also try to offer solutions for making the sucky parts suck less. In this installment, I’m talking about all the different kinds of weather you may encounter while backpacking (and how much each type sucks) and how you can deal with it. I talk about how to deal with heat while backpacking, how to deal with cold while backpacking, how to deal with storms while backpacking, how to deal with wet gear while backpacking, how to deal with wet feet while backpacking, and how to deal with backpacking in the snow (focusing on summer snow that is leftover from previous winters).
Apologies for the wonky lighting in this video. In the most fitting way possible, the sun did not want to corporate with me during filming.
Let me know if you have any questions (or complaints to add) in the comments!
Remember I make new videos every Wednesday, so be sure to subscribe if you like backpacking videos :).
