One of my favorite things to do during the summer is watching movies and performances al fresco. Lori Tan Chinn and I met up with friends at an exclusive screening at the Rooftop Cinema Club in midtown to see the first episode of the long anticipated Season 3 of #WarriorMAX, the cult martial arts drama based on the writings of Bruce Lee which originally aired on Cinemax, and is now streaming on Max. I met Andrew Koji, who stars as martial arts prodigy and tong enforcer Ah Sahm. I also caught up with my friend and colleague, Perry Yung, who stars as Father Jun in Warrior, and has been enjoying great success on the film festival circuit starring as the father in Caylee So's THE HARVEST.The screening was preceded by a conversation with Andrew and Perry, moderated by BuzzFeed's Carolina Reynoso.
Earlier in the day, the pair unveiled a Bruce Lee mural in Chinatown on Hester Street.
