ഒരു clarification തരാം എന്ന് കരുതി.. വീട് പണിയില്‍ സംഭവിച്ച അബദ്ധങ്ങൾ മാത്രം explain ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു വീഡിയോ ആയതു കൊണ്ടാണ് കുറ്റങ്ങള്‍ മാത്രം പറഞ്ഞത്. Gishnu ഞങ്ങളുടെ വീടിനു വേണ്ടി ചെയത് തന്ന ഒരുപാട് നല്ല കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ട്... അതൊക്കെ നന്ദിയോടെ ഓര്‍ക്കുന്നു.. Last സ്റ്റേജ് ഇല്‍ സംഭവിച്ച ചെറിയ പാളിച്ചകള്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ അഭാവം കൊണ്ടാണ് എന്നതാണ് സങ്കടം aayathu.. Electrician, Painter and Plumber നല്ലത് പോലെ work ചെയ്ത area കള്‍ ഉണ്ട്.. പക്ഷേ ചില നേരത്തെ അവരുടെ involvement കുറവു ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ repercussions ചെറുത് അല്ല എന്ന ormapeduthal ആണ് ഈ വീഡിയോ.. സത്യത്തിൽ നമ്മുടെ journey ഇല്‍ കൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആളുകളെ കുറ്റം പറയാൻ നല്ല സങ്കടം ഉണ്ട്.. But ഒരുപാടു problems പറഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ട് ഒത്തിരി messages ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് വരുന്നു.. അതിൽ ഒക്കെ സ്ഥിരം കാണുന്ന dialogue, chechi യുടെ വീട് പണിയില്‍ oru problems ഇല്ല.. നല്ല ആളുകളെ കിട്ടി.. But ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കു കിട്ടിയില്ല എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇതൊക്കെ എല്ലാവർക്കും സംഭവിക്കാം എന്ന് മനസില്‍ ആക്കി തരാനണ് ഈ വീഡിയോ ചെയതത്.. Started constructing a house after starting seeing this channel. :) Its a 2k sqft single storey house. Structure is completed and plastering is going on. I work abroad and now on vacations. After the plastering work I have asked them to stop the work. Plumbing and electrical are the important jobs and need to be done only when I am present. The work of these people will never be to our satisfaction. Thanks for your videos of the purchases. I have taken the cables(RR Kabel). After great bargaining with the cochin head office and dealers got a 50 % of MRP as quote. Same with the Kohler product, the shops have given only 20% discount. After much talking got upto 22 % and some items even upto 30 %. Anyways will be going back in a month and the plumbing and electrical jobs will be done only when I am present. Continue with your great work and the negatives you have found.

Well said, I am still going through the same, I feel even though we give to an architect our involvement is very much required if we need our dream home, for an architect they will look only a home which is good looking and a show pease to post on their insta or FB page. Defects they won't call out anywhere.

ഇതേ അവസ്ഥ മിക്കവാറും വീട് നിര്‍മാണം നടത്തുന്നവർ അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു എന്നത് സത്യമാണ്. ചില കാര്യങ്ങൾ Contractor ന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധ കുറവോ കൂടാതെ electrician മാരുടെ അനാസ്ഥ കൊണ്ടോ നമുക്ക് ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക നഷ്ടവും മനപ്രയാസവും മൂലം ഒന്നും വേണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്ന് ഓര്‍ത്ത് വിലപിച്ചു പോകും. Work എടുക്കാൻ എന്തൊരു ulsahamanu ഇവര്‍ക്ക്. പിന്നീട്, പണം മുടക്കുന്നവന്‍ ഇവരുടെ ഒക്കെ കാല്‍ പിടിക്കേണ്ട അവസ്ഥ വരുന്നു..

What u have said is absolutely correct. In my case, electrician's work was good enough but when it came to plastering, they have closed many of my electrical points and it was a rework breaking that and to replaster☹️

Perfectly said buddy. I am doing a renovation and I too faced the same. I wonder why my electrician, plumber, carpenter and mason team is not having a minimum commitment and professionalism. Njangalde oru small kitchen aanu and we did multiwood work there. Avarde works okke van posh aanu, but with zero practicality. They miserably failed and I was behind them correcting stuff. Epic stuff was fixing GTPT, where the worker was 6 feet and my wife os just 5 feet. Njan oru 10 thavana paranjittum he was fixing everything as per his convenience. Last njan thanne angott paranju ' Chettan ente veetile adukkala panik ninno enn'. Electrical and plumbing was epic and your channel helped a lot. Njan use cheytha same dialogues aanu ithu, chetta atleast oru minimum budhi use cheyyan paadille enn chodichaduth. My flooring and painting team was very professional and that was like 0 headache for me. Anyway congrats.

We bought one and suggested 3. It looks very practical, and we need to have an NRV fixed, if we have other water outlet option in the main motor line.

സ്ക്രിപ്പ്റ്റ് ഇല്ലാതെ വേദനയോടെ പറഞ്ഞ വീഡിയോ. I can feel it. കാശ് മുടക്കിയാലും കുത്തി പൊളിച്ച് മാറ്റി ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റാത്ത ഒരുപാട് സിറ്റുവേഷൻസ് ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്. Architect, ഫുൾടൈം സൈറ്റ് സൂപ്പർവൈസർ ഒക്കെ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും ലിന്റൽ ഹൈറ്റ് കുറച്ച് കളഞ്ഞത്, ബാത്റൂം സൈസ് കുറച്ച് കളഞ്ഞത്, ആവശ്യമില്ലത്തയിടത്ത് റൂഫ് ബീമിന് പകരം ലിന്റൽ ബീമം വന്ന് വ്യൂ ബ്ലോക്ക്‌ ആയത്, ബാത്റൂം ബീമം വീതി കുറക്കാതെ വാർത്തത് കൊണ്ട് 10cm ഡിപ്പ് കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ബീമിന്റെ എഡ്ജ് കാണുന്നത്, ഒരുപാട് ഡിസൈൻ ഡീറ്റൈലിങ് നൽകിയിട്ടും കിച്ചൻ കൗണ്ടർ ടോപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് സിങ്കിലേക്ക് ഗ്യാപ് കൂടിപ്പോയത്. ഇതൊക്ക ലേണിങ് എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ആണ്. ഈ അനുഭവ പാഠങ്ങൾ ജീവിതത്തിലെ മറ്റു മേഖലകളിൽ മുതൽകൂട്ടായി ദൈവം കരുതി വെച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടാവാം... അത് കൊണ്ടായിരിക്കും ഇതിലൊക്കെ കൂടെ നമ്മെ കടത്തി വിടുന്നത്. ചില യഥാർഥ്യങ്ങളെ അംഗീകരിക്കാം.🙂. മറ്റു ചിലത് ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ഏറ്റെടുപ്പിക്കേണ്ടവരെ കൊണ്ട് അത് ചെയ്യിപ്പിച്ചു തന്നെ വേണം മുന്നോട്ട് പോവാൻ 😐

അങ്ങനെ എത്രയെത്ര പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ.... 2020 ഡിസംബറിൽ തുടങ്ങിയ വീടു പണി ഇപ്പോഴും പൂർത്തിയാകാതെ തുടരുന്നു. കണ്ണൂരിൽ നിന്നും ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിലെ സൈറ്റിലേക്ക് ആദ്യ ലോഡ് വെട്ടുകല്ല് വന്ന ദിവസം യൂണിയൻകാർ തുടങ്ങി വച്ച പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ, തുടർന്ന് തുടർന്ന് ഇപ്പോൾ പെയിന്റിംഗ് സ്റ്റേജിലും വിടാതെ പിന്തുടരുന്നു. വീടു പണി കഴിയുമ്പോഴേക്കും ഈ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെല്ലാം വിട്ടു പോകുമല്ലോ എന്നാലോചിക്കുമ്പോഴാ ഇപ്പോ ടെൻഷൻ 😀

Its gud that you've openly said abt the issues. There are many thing which were left between the tongue and the mouth. Somehow, we need to finish and get in. Infact we've also started our home at the same time of yours and that too @ the site which is right in front where we stay, still these kinda problems happened. its in the last phase. many small small mistakes could've been avoided. like u said... oru level kazhiyumbol, we need to release the mental pressure we've been facing. each and every penny is worth lacs. Baki oke pokate ennu veychalum Dishwasher tap position, courtyard drain pipe height and filler tap issue, and pool lighting valare mosham aanu from the contractor...he shud be held responsible for it and pay the extra cost required for modifications...valare poor professionalism from the contractor..ayal individual or group ennath customer nokenda karyamila..he is not giving any extra discount for being an individual..this is very bad..u shud b more strict

Gishnu has given clear cut drawing for Electrical and plumbing works.. But, workers missed a few points ( sadly coz he was not there to pinpoint the highlights).. We immediately informed him the corrections and the changes were made without extra cost.. But, courtyard drain out pipe issue needs to be rectified.

സംഭവിച്ചതെല്ലാം നല്ലതിന് എന്ന് ആശ്വസിക്കാം. Waterbody വല്ല്യ chathiyayipoyi. എന്നാല്‍ ഈ waterbody concept മാറ്റിയിട്ട് mattethengilam ഐഡിയ ആലോചിച്ചുനോക്കൂ. അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ തന്നെ waterbodyyokke കൊതുകിനെ ക്ഷണിച്ച് വരുത്തും. കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങള്‍ ulla വീട്ടില്‍ അത് അപകടകരമാണ്.

Don't worry....നമ്മൾ സ്വന്തമായി വീടുപണി ചെയ്യിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇത്തരം തെറ്റുകൾ സ്വാഭാവികമാണ് . പിന്നെ ഒരു "firm " നെ വച്ച് ചെയ്താലും ഇത് തന്നെ സ്ഥിതി .പക്ഷെ പിന്നീടുണ്ടാവുന്ന കുത്തിപൊളിക്കലുകൾ ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന ധനനഷ്ടം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല .. ഇനി എന്റെ പേർസണൽ opinion പറയാം "strictly personal " ..നിങ്ങളുടെ അഭിരുചിയും ആവശ്യങ്ങളും ചേർന്ന് പോകുന്ന ഒരു "firm " നെ ഏല്പിക്കുന്നതായിരുന്നു നല്ലത് .
