Tess, let me start by saying "A Huuge Massive Thank you!" for your contribution, the time you invest and very simple explanations always followed by nice healthy banter parts LOL Defo gonna learn from your videos with my girlfriend. Does all these tips apply equally to inline skates as well? Anything to consider? Thank you and Hello from South Korea

How are we suppose to look backwards ? Do we look over our shoulder or turn are whole body ?

So at first when you are learning, make sure nothing is behind you so you don't have to worry about rolling over or hitting anything. When you get more comfortable at skating backwards, yes then you kinda peak over your shoulder to see what's behind you. I wouldn't suggest you turn your whole body :) Hope that helps, good luck!

I got used to going backwards with toe plugs instead of toe stops. Now I think I want to go back to toe stops… I was trying to learn toe spins. I think be I I should wear toe stops for outdoors or going faster backwards in case I need to stop. Thoughts?
