As an interesting note of symmetry... When she spun it backwards, Bob stopped the wheel three spaces above where she had initially started (0.25 space instead of the 0.10 space), then she hit the dollar. On her bonus spin, she missed three spaces above the dollar.

It's Bob's fault she got a dollar. Initially it was on 10 and Bob stopped it on the 25. Had he not stopped it where he did, she wouldn't have gotten a dollar! But as long as it makes it around once (apparently the correct way only) it's a fair spin and it's fine. Just saying he set himself up for that one!

That’s why Bob stressed in the bonus spin that you DO NOT get to spin again. If she spun the wheel backwards again, that’s it. That was her bonus spin. No do-overs.

I've thought spinning backwards should be allowed. No harm. But I guess the show wants to keep control of things. If contestants get to spin backwards, they'll start trying other things to see if they can get away with it.
