5-6 year old me absolutely ADORED this game, I wish I had the youthful ignorance I had as child, even the biggest trash was a masterpiece to me.

Back in the day this game was funny to play. Another funny thing is that almost all of your jokes about textures and characters applies to GTA San Andreas too.

I remember how disappointing this was because Bad Boys was religion in my house. We loved the movies. When BB2 dropped on DVD, my family would watch it like a billion times. Then THIS came out. But to be fair, a little of the small details in the game are the things that would hook customers. For example, you gotta think back- that was PS2 era. That was like this little Wild West bubble of time where people were discovering new ways to make graphics and details pop. So little things like seeing a looped gif on a TV to simulate a live picture, or pieces of paper floating around the ground like gutter trash (the bank heist part) were neat little details that didn't normally appear in games until them. People sleep on the evolution of gaming environments sometimes.

One thing you’ll notice about this game, especially when it comes to combat, is that using cover points is actually less effective than just going into a room and just shooting them. You take less damage that way and the only time you’re actually required to use cover points is in boss battles.

I had so much fun screwing around in this game and ripping the music tracks. Loved the who what song in the main menu. Yes the graphics, voice acting, and controls were bad but I put on cheats and had fun. I shot everything that would break. Racked up so much money in damage.

You know it’s a cheap money grab when they couldn’t even get Will Smith and Martin Lawrence to voice their own characters. Like it’s not hard you pay the actors and get them too read lines in a booth.

I remember having this game and it being terrible, in some ways I miss the horrible tie in games we used to get.
